*update* the ink doesn’t work!! I ordered two and neither works. Ordered ink cartridges for my work printer using a card I haven’t used in well over a month. coincidentally the next day over $1000 was charged to my credit card. so either they have criminals working for them or they were hacked and didn’t bother to tell anybody never responded to the emails that I wrote them referring to that thankfully I caught it before it was actually charged and it was just pending so I got my money back quickly. However it’s still a pain in the ass. Oh, the ink cartridges are fine. They work well enough for Home office to use.

Horrible place sent me wrong cartridges then wanted me to return before I received credit. They screwed up im not sending them anything until they refund me. ScAM

I recently ordered two replacement toner cartridges for my HP printer. This was the first and last time I will order products from this company. Since installing the "new" cartridge I have never been able to produce a single good copy. Multiple copy runs are even worse. The copy quality gets progressively worse with every copy. Every copy has smudges, smears and/or black lines - usually all three. I have gone online and tried all the "trouble-shooting" suggestions - nothing has helped. Their prices are cheap but the old expression "you get what you pay for" is definitely true with this company's products.

I should have googled their rating. Of course, on their website it's like 4.8, but there is also no way to leave a review there... I was lured by the low prices. I have an HP Laserjet and bought a replacement for all 3 colors and black. My HP STARTER pack that came with the printer did ~1200 pages according to the machine. The black one from Inkjets started to look terrible the first day I was using it... I checked the stats and at only 400 pages, it was already on VERY LOW. I don't feel like dealing with returns so I am just going to use them for what I can get out of them and then never again!!!

Horrible experience by failing to provide customer support when a product did not arrive. The company would not refund money after 11 days not receiving the product- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE A FRAUDULENT company by not ensuring product delivery after purchasing the ink. Shame on you, George, for not fixing the problem!!! and you state 100% guarantee - Total BS

They don't allow negative reviews on their website. I ordered a replacement toner cartridge from them, it was overused and printed my pages 50% black, that's how bad the streaking is. They have a Google customer review link on the bottom of their pages advertising a 4.8-star rating, but there's no way to leave a rating. Their ratings have to be fake.

They sold me a cartridges that need a chip but it was not clear on the website that I had to install them myself. I asked for a shipping label to return the cartridges and they refused to provide one. This is a crappy business practice.

I strongly don't recommend buy from these guys. they send me wrong ink.and charging me return shipping money.
