INKGILITY.COMReviews of inkgility.com

Best company out there for my branding and marketing needs for my restaurant. They built me a website, printed my cards, flyers, menus, sidewalk signs, and best of all provided me with an amazing logo. I highly recommend them and will be recommending them to my colleagues in the industry.

Man... i have been trying to get in contact with someone about my cards i ordered 2 months ago and they keep trying to give me the run around. I am not happy at all i expect after 2 month they would have my cards ready I’m launching my business and were counting on them to deliver they have not deliver as promise and their response time is way too long on email...

Recently purchased my first set of business cards from Inkgility and I was thrilled when they arrived. The quality far exceeded my expectations and way better than any other business card I have received from other people. I love the fact that they have so many different options. I also received my order in a very timely manner. Inkgility is highly recommended, I will certainly be placing a new order soon. Thanks guys!

I have done business with Inkgility multiple times and have referred them to personal and professional colleagues. However, my most recent purchase on 5/28 has been riddled with issues and lies. Being fully aware of the economic impact on businesses, I gave extra time and patience. However, when the communication ceased and later the lies - I lost all trust and faith in the company. Sure, they make a wonderful and unique business card. But know that if my experience is anything like what you might come to expect as of late, the company is far from worth Doing business with. I started to reach out towards the end of June inquiring about the small order I placed. There was no response. It was after multiple attempts and several days before I got my first response on Facebook which was simply a “yes” when I had to ask if they were even still in business! Then more days go by before I got a response from Instagram where I was told my order was in process and will be received “next week”. This was on 7/7. After it has not arrived, I started back chasing them down on email and social media again. And again, nothing... after a few days I got a response on Facebook where I was told “it’s now in production” and again “I’ll receive it next week. This was on 7/16. They proceeded to tell me that orders can take 7-10 business days... Laughable! It was 37 business days at the time of this message. I received 2 apologies and was told that I will receive my tracking in 2 days and subsequently my package no later than Wednesday. Well I did get my tracking yet by Tuesday it showed that the item never shipped. So I reached out AGAIN. No response. Several messages over several platforms for several days and nothing. The funniest part, is I can see that they’ve read my messages. This is a blatant disregard of empathy and customer service.

The card is cool except the tap function doesn't work on any phone and I use tap to pay so I know my phone is capable. When I emailed support they basically told me to just use the qr code as that is sufficient. 8wanted the tap technology just because it makes it souch easier. I guess I'm just not a big enough client or something so they don't want to figure out why it doesn't work or fix it..,

Great and fast service

this person was very patient with me and able to answer all of my questions. how ever i feel like i had more questions than necessary so perhaps your website could do a better job at explaining things? in any event i was grateful for being able to have the assistance i needed in order to make the decisions i needed to make. having your chatnow button is a really great asset for you and i'm sure pays for itself.

Great support and fast responsiveness when I needed help to service and modify data on an account.
