The first order took 2 months to deliver. The second order (reorder) took 3 months to ship. Jeffrey called and took care of the order and I finally received it. There was some confusion about the approval of artwork process. QUALITY is excellent but delivery is very slow.

The cards are amazing quality and I appreciate the revisions they made for me to match my desired vision. The turn around was longer than expected and they messed up one of my card orders and I had to reach out to them to inquire where my cards were. When I asked for 500 extra cards they said they can do it in my next order except not the current one. I appreciate the accommodation after I asked however I feel the communication can be better. I’m still waiting on my second order of cards even though I placed both orders at the same time.

The card is cool except the tap function doesn't work on any phone and I use tap to pay so I know my phone is capable. When I emailed support they basically told me to just use the qr code as that is sufficient. 8wanted the tap technology just because it makes it souch easier. I guess I'm just not a big enough client or something so they don't want to figure out why it doesn't work or fix it..,

I think the concept of the ideal card is good but the instructions are lacking. It never told me I had to have NFC on when I used the product. And it was stated that when I bought this I wouldn't need any special apps, but when I got it in the mail it said that I would need and app for iPhone. Some of the links don't work properly for ideal.bio. They did have a friendly customer service a agent that said he would look into the link thing for me.
