I leave a bit of room, since my project is not complete. Franklin and Eva have been personable, straightforward, and kind. I'm not inexperienced in self- and hybrid book publishing, am a senior customer, and appreciate their approach from day 1. Update 9/4: My liaison suddenly stopped communicating. Found out today she's gone. Now there seems to be less interest and follow-through. I signed and paid nearly 3 months ago and am waiting for a clean proof.
