I previously left a positive review, but unfortunately, my experience has changed. I am now seriously concerned about certain services and charges, as well as the transparency regarding the company's operations and location. I have been unable to independently verify some of the information provided to me, which has significantly affected my trust. I encourage potential customers to do thorough research and request clear documentation before making any payments.

RUN! They will try to scam you! Not only did they do a terrible getting my book published, they will try to get you to pay for all sorts of additional costs that you don’t need. Working with them was such a frustrating experience. I can not say anything positive about this company. I wish I could give them 0 stars.
