InfraCharm LLCReviews of infracharm.com

InfraCharm's services have been beyond fantastic. Jared responds extremely quickly every time I need to reach out to him, whether it's for a simple question or a more tedious task like restoring a RAID array. He is extremely knowledgeable and works with a professional attitude, ensuring that all of my needs have been met adequately. I highly recommend reaching out to InfraCharm if you need an extra hand with your servers.

He provided me invaluable advisory on building a production environment, and a diagram to re-org my architecture from something custom and complex to something standard and more simplified. I'll return back to InfraCharm when I have the budget to embark on the project we discussed.

worked on my system for me. and added a few stuff i wanted and also helped me with any issues over the time. defiantly would work with him again.

Jared has been a great asset to our company. He got working right a way on the items we needed to be done, has been clear and great with communication, and is proficient with the work he has done for us. We will continue to use him in our future :)

Although Infracharms' services were quite acceptable at the start of our use of their backup system, they became untenable after their 2025 plans were announced. We were no longer able to continue using their services due to constant downtime issues, a lack of communication, and transparency. As a result, we were forced to move to another provider that could keep the promises they made and provide the transparency we needed. As an update to this the company then proceeded to approach me asking for me to remove my review as they had "Improved" I don't think its appropriate or professional to ask someone to remove a review based on what the company thinks they have done better in if I as a client want to remove the review because I think they have done better I will do that but I dont think its a good idea to just go messaging clients about this.

10/10 Highly recommend! Not only are they professional/good in their field, but the owner and their employees are so kind and easy to work with!

Jared at Infracharm is a godsend We use them for our day-to-day system administration duties as well as their backup service. They've helped us out quite a bit, I won't look elsewhere.

Very good. I've been using InfraCharm's services for my company. The services are stateful, fast, and functional. The support is top tier, and the staff are extremely knowledgeable. Multiple times they helped me with their innovative software solutions and even offered to compile a custom binary for my specific use case. I have really liked my experience with InfraCharm and hope to continue with their services for a long time. 10/10 service, I highly recommend.
