Love Alex!! And have been listening for years when he was with art bell but when it comes to orders and receiving them I would not even give this a rating. It’s horrible left numerous messages, via email and VM. When you pay so much for shipping and nothing is sme to it on status of orders or any tracking info. Love the products and it’s very upsetting to hear the gal is rude. If your in customer service you shouldn’t be rude. But I haven’t spoke to anyone yet so I’ll wait to experience that on my own. I’ve even had orders in the past and that I’ve received and it still says processing. I’ve taught CS at high levels at nbc and hold myself high for always providing great CS. (No longer work at the evil company) lol. Anyway, hope they can get a better system beciase I won’t order anything else after this order. It’s so frustrating. God bless America!!! Thank you Alex for all you and your staff do all you need to do is get this department together because you’ve lost my business. Until things change. I’m not rich at all but I want to support Alex and Infowars but not at the rate shipping is going.

I have been trying unsuccessfully to contact somebody in customer service/business office & nobody is ever there. I need to return a defective product & I can not talk to anybody. Infowars store has LOST my business. There is no excuse for having NO CUSTOMER SERVICE for good customers.

His products are exceptional. The website is clean with noteworthy info on each product. I have only had good experience with customer support. Product is delivered quickly.

I just ordered some food. The customer service girl was not nice at all! I had questions and she would not allow me to finish speaking before she very nastily spoke down to me! I hung up and ordered on line. It sounded like she was in a bad mood! I just hope the quality is good! I have other places to order from and will most likely not order from them again due to this experience. They have lost my business I do love Alex.

The best toothpaste in the world and that I have EVER used... Hands down.. Literally feels like I came out of a dental cleaning after using this guys toothpaste.

Their products are a bit on the expensive side, but they usually sell good quality stuff, ship quickly, and throw in free stickers and constitution booklets in their packages. And you get a warm satisfying feeling supporting a decent media outlet. It’s a shame Alex Jones has been censored everywhere. He’s a funny character who loves this country and freedom.

Ripped off...I placed an order for 3 of their products Tuesday 7th July 2020 and did not receive an order confirmation, yet the money was taken from my account, tried to contact via their messaging service over the past 2 days with no reply. $745 Aust out of pocket.
