It took over 2 months to get my unit. The physical part was straight forward, but I did need to remove the jumper wire that had a tag "DO NOT REMOVE" so that my HVAC would work correctly. When the lights come on, the unit restarts itself. Sometimes when I am on the phone, the audio program will start playing and won't shut off. I have to manually turn down that source volume. When I come to a stop, it will lower the volume and I don't have speed activated volume enabled. But lately when I come to a stop, the volume goes to zero. The radio station or audio will revert to I think it is Preset #1. I haven't really studied that one, I just know it is different than the last time I was in the truck. I know there are others, but I don't have the list I was keeping in front of me.

2015 Tahoe. Even though the components were programmed for my VIN number a few of the buttons on the display do not work with my vehicle (My Cadillac, Weather ( I have XM travel link), Apps, and Camera) . After sending the system back twice still have the same problem.

Tried order this a month ago guy was suppose to send quote. Never did called back ordered the factory oem at 1599.00. Was supposed to be programed with my VIN to my truck. None of the uconnect works as it's still programed to another vehicle. Has a Lancia screen will not change to a ram or even a mopar screen. I have had better luck buying used radios with the unlock code that buying from infotainment.

Did not receive any instructions on what to do for a radio repair. Therefore I didn’t know I needed to send it in until I contacted the company a week later. The only email I was sent, was my order confirmation. Still have not got my repaired radio. I had seen somewhere that they would send a repaired radio with a shipping label to return your old radio, but I guess that was false information. I was also unaware that I would be paying my own shipping fees on top of buying the item. Hope to get the radio soon, to see if it was worth the trouble.

After taking the dashboard and center console apart to install the brake controller and reassembling it, I thought the hard part was done. When I went to I program the obd with the obd genie, it failed. I called customer support. They gave me a reset process and it failed again. I was told to exchange the genie but unfortunately, a replacement won’t be shipped until they receive the defective unit. This should put me at least a week behind and that is if the new one works.

Product works well. Only giving 2 stars as it took about 5 days for someone to respond on the status of the order, as well as no information as to when the product would be shipped, or was shipped. Customer service needs improvement.
