BUYER BEWARE CHINESE KNOCK OFF NOT OEM!!! To start order was supposed to be delivered in 3 days… 3 months later and numerous bs filled calls it finally arrived. Installation was easy and the screen lasted a while 7 months before dying. Called customer service after I learned the unit was a Chinese knock off and they tried to charge me $700 for a repair to fix this defective piece of garbage and paying only $1500 for Chinese crap! Buyer beware!

I paid more money to get the original product, unfortunately I received something else. No CarPlay which I paid for it. Navigation system is not working

I ordered an Apple car play radio for my 2015 Ram and the warehouse forgot to ship the accompanying bezel out along with it. Now I’m waiting even longer to install the radio. Very unsatisfactory considering I spent over two thousand dollars, and this is the type of service I get.

I purchased a radio from this company, I requested expedited shipping and upon placing the order I spoke with Nick (Supervisor) and advised to ship via UPS as USPS and Fedex have had poor service lately. He documented the file but the shipping department never shipped via UPS instead shipped via USPS and shipment was late. I called in and PAID $500.00 for another unit to be shipped out and once I receive the old one I was told to contact him back and then send back the old one. Today upon contacting Infotainment they advised me that I would have to pay for shipping or they could provide a shipping label and they would deduct $15.00 from my refund. Its not my fault as a customer that they dropped the ball but yet I am liable for shipping their item back to them. In addition they are selling radios with no proof they are not stolen and cannot provide vin numbers to vehicles that the radios came out of. Very fishy and a shady business operation.

The radio worked and is great but says a device is not supported. I have emailed and called and can not get an answer on how to fix I'm a little disappointed in the support associated with the purchase.

I received the product but had a question I emailed them with no response. There product is not really what they claim. I watched there video and it is misleading. I emailed before I purchased the product and still order it I'm not completely dissatisfied but if there is an issue I probably would not recommend them.

I received the wrong item. The usb hub was in an open bag inside a box that had been previously opened and the model number on the part doesn't match the number on the box. I waited 9 days for this part to arrive and needless to say, I am very disappointed.

It worked for about 1.5 weeks. It doesn’t work any longer. I’d like to return it.
