I don't know how I lived without this massage chair! It is truly wonderful. When I wake up in the morning I am stiff and groggy. I get in my chair and have at least a 15 minute treatment to get me going. No coffee or tea until after my treatment. I call it a treatment because it is a treat to use it. It is much easier to start out on the golf course after my treat. I even think my game has improved. I have neuropathy in my feet and lower legs and this is helping that also. I have a longer treatment in the later afternoon and that helps me get through the evening. When I go to bed now my back doesn't ache as it used to. All in all I wouldn't trade my chair for a million dollars. PS. I wish it worked more on the neck and shoulders than on my derrière. My partner won't use it. He has had 3 surgeries around his tail bone and it is painful.

I reached out to Infinity for assistance repairing my Infinity 8800 massage chair, they referred me to the two companies they work with that have technicians that come to your home. Neither company, JEZ or Assemblers, had techs that would come to my area. When I called Infinity to let them know they said there was nothing they could do to help me. I find this unacceptable customer service especially for such an expensive and mechanically complicated item. The 8800 was great before it broke, now I feel I've wasted thousands of dollars.

I really enjoy my massage chair. I wish it had a few features that would improve the massage technique it could preform. After a couple of days of enjoying it, some easy additions and alterations to features, this could be a top notch chair. My white glove delivery was less then top notch. The men delivering should have been trained in set up. They convinced me that the leg attachment was wrong size and left without attaching. I read the manual, checked out how to install, and did it myself. No one called to try to attempt fixing or checking up. 3 weeks later, I had a call saying they were coming to correct the leg attachment. I explained I did it myself. No apologies, no attempt to make this right. I call Infinity to increase my airbag pressure, and Infinity has apologized, and is correcting a bad delivery.

THE GOOD, THE BAD & THE UGLY: THE GOOD: 1. The COSTCO sales agent was great. 2. The massage was firm and mysteriously hitting all these sore places I didn't know a massage chair could hit. My chiropractor's (HumanTOUCH) in good, but this one was way way BETTER; like 200% better. 3. The PADS IN THE FEET area were very helpful, because the ROLLERS really really hurt you if you don't have the PAD in the feed area. 4. The AIRBAGS putting pressure to hold your shoulders while the DECOMPRESSION STRETCH grabs your legs and elongates your spine in ZERO GRAVITY is nothing I had ever found anywhere before; and after 10 years of chiropractors that just SNAP YA AND CRACK YA, and you always end up going back, DECOMPRESSION THERAPY is something I had been on the look out to find. Little did I know I could get it in my own home anytime I want! 5. I did the EXTEND mode and walked away feeling great; by the time I got to the front door, I realized that I DID NOT HAVE THE PAIN I WALKED IN WITH, so I walked back to BUY NOW. THE BAD 1. The store was closing in less than 1 hr, my girlfriend and I decided to do his demo and only I could get in, as the other 3 of 4 chairs were filled. The salesmen was packing up all the chairs to move to another store right after our demo ride. So there was an URGENCY PUSH TO BUY NOW, but it was either very well hidden in the sales presentation, or the guy REALLY WAS going to have to move all the chairs, and I had to buy now or "FOREVER MISS THE SALES PRICE". 2. As a salesman myself, trying to manage 4 sales SIMULTANEOUSLY is tremendously insane, but I'm sure for every 10 demo's you get 1 sale or some ratio like that, so you just do the demo's and answer questions until someone decides to buy; there was no pressure at all. Very nice guy. 3. Upon signing his paperwork, they sent me to the ADMIN DESK to CROSS-SELL ME A COSTCO CREDIT CARD, but the lack of communication caused a serious issue. The point of getting the COSTCO Ccard is so that you have an EXTENDED WARRANTY from 2yrs to 5yrs, (which the benefits it covered was not explained in the rush). But when I needed to buy a $4000 MASSAGE CHAIR, the ADMIN DESK only ran the application for $4000; well after being in business for years, wouldn't you KNOW that COSTCO CCARDS only allow you to use 10% of the line immediately, and that if I needed to use the Ccard to buy a $4000 chair right now, that they should have applied for a $40,000 line of credit, so that 10% or $4000 was available to get the purchase done. YA--- that sucked. So I had to put the purchase on a personal Ccard, then wait for 3 weeks for the card to arrive, activate that Ccard, go back to the store, return the chair, the rebuy it on the new COSTCO CARD, and didn't get any info about the EXTENEDED WARRANTY. THE UGLY 1. FOOT PADS MISSING: at Costco, the guy had FOOT PADDING for us that made the rollers feel good, but when the DELIVERED THE CHAIR it came without the FOOT PADS, and killed my feet, killed my girlfriends feet. 2. In fact it BRUISED HER FEET, and SPRAINED MY LEFT ANKLE. This thing is powerful and must be made to massage THE ROCK and ARNOLD SCHWARTZENEGGER types, but for a pretty solid 240 guy, this thing can still damage your skeleton! 3. I really love having a chair, and have ADJUSTED THE SETTINGS of the AIRBAG PRESSURE, but it still can really hurt you. 4. I don't know if I should return it or not, because it's a MIXED EMOTION. It's the best MASSAGE CHAIR I have ever found so far, but I don't want the compression airbags to CRUSH MY VEINS in my arms or hers, and I CAN'T KEEP GETTING SPRAINED ANKLES from this thing.

Overalll very nice. Definitely gets you ready for your day if you have an aging back with stiffness and aching in the morning and relief at the end of a day of heavy work. Biggest complaints are the difficult setup initially with hoses that seem barely able to reach their intended destination. Extremely difficult to attach with a couple of them and apparently one blew off as forearm airbag doesn't inflate on left. Trying to get motivated to take left side off again to try to fix it but not confident I would have any better luck this time as the hose barely reaches. Also a roller on left side appears to get out of place as it is rolling up the left side and protrudes much farther than the matching on right. Is pretty painful until it eventually seems to return to proper position with a clunk about 2/3 way up your back.

I thought I would love my chair, but now that it's arrived, the shoulder pressure is completely non-existent, so it's pointless to even have it on any of the settings. The bluetooth speakers do not work and the left arm of the chair had a manufacturing defect in the fabric. The massages are not as customizable as I had hoped, and the lower extremity portion of the chair is not adjustable enough for tall people. I'm not sure I would recommend this chair.

Our Genesis chair is exceptional. The manual leaves a lot to be desired

Senior athlete with significant spinal issues which impact daily activities. We purchased the chair based on inversion capabilities and extend features. This is a wonderful product and aids in recovery and overall comfort of all family members. Normal sleeping pattern has been to wake each hour to walk and stretch to alleviate pain. Spending a full 45 minute extend cycle in our Infinity has produced a consistent 2 hour sleep period. throughout the night. Post activity/workout massage provides a wonderful reward. Well worth the price, he infinity massage chair is a tremendous tool and enhancement quality of life.
