Excellent product but information was not quite what salesman had stated
Bought at a Costco roadshow and delivery was delayed, per our request, since we would be out of the country. If you have an RX for this device you must have it present at the time of purchase to avoid sales tax or Costco will NOT honor it even if you have not received the product. The salesman told me the company was American, out of New Hampshire, which is true but the product still says MADE IN CHINA. I was not happy to see that. The delivery had me worried, but the driver was great, he lowered it to the ground with the truck lift and then used a hand truck to pull it down the driveway to the front porch. Once there we were able to handle it. However, you cannot do it alone. We had three people but two grown men could probably do it too. It was simple to put together but using the video on Youtube helped. I was also told that the warranty would start upon delivery but the registration wants date of purchase. WE will be having a discussion about this because I was adamant that it be the day of delivery since we would be losing about a month from date of purchase. Susan, in N.H., has been great. This is a large purchase and you do want to make sure you are getting what was promised.
