Customer Service
the 2 installers didn't seem to be knowledgeable about the product and wouldn't give me a copy of the delivery documents. I had to take a picture of the 6 pages I signed with my cell phone. There is an issue that needs attention and it's been several weeks since I asked for someone to come make the adjustments and nothing has happened except some parts showed up in the mail. Also, the head rest isn't long enough for my 5' 10' frame and slides out from under my head in 2 of the pre programmed massages. It HAS been a blessing for the arthritis in my back though, after using it an hour a day for 2 weeks, the lower back pain is gone.

The delivery was a HORRIBLE Experience
The delivery was a HORRIBLE Experience. After waiting at home for them all day... they left my chair ON THE CURB! So sickening. I will update the review after I try the chair... so frustrated.

The delivery has been “Attempted” but…
Oi am revising my review because the company made every effort to stay on top of this situation and make it right!!! That had a new mover come out and they finished the job completely with out any problems. They were terrific and I am thrilled. Thank you so much!! The delivery has been “Attempted” but no actually tried to bring the chair in to my apartment. The second delivery was arranged for the next week. The delivery guy tried to make excuses that my delivery time was miss scheduled and he will attempt to bring it after hours (6pm or so) on the schedule Friday. I had a 9am scheduled. The excuses are endless as to why they can Not. deliver my chair. I told the sales person all the specific before I even bought the chair. I am extremely disappointed and annoyed. I am going to cancel my order.

6 months in and getting warranty repair…
6 months in and getting warranty repair has been a nightmare...technician lied and has just not showed up a couple of times...pathetic...update...infinity contacted us...apologized...and promptly replaced chair...I judge a company based on how it handles a problem ...Infinity far exceed my expectation

Sales experience was five star, delivery 1 star
Sales experience was five star Delivery one star, guy didn't call and the time was wrong. We ended up leaving guests late in the day to receive it because the delivery company said they had no clue if the guy could deliver it without our help and we would be charged if he needed us. Customers loving it so far.
