Refused to return money Falsly obtained, shutting a company only to open a couple of months later. Says they will finish orders, yes this is true but they want you to pay out a second time offering you a small discount. This company needs to be shut down.

Having the same experience as everyone else. At least I had my logo complete but no website. They kept putting me off and trying to up-sell on add ons. They have now disappeared and have not replied to my emails. Class action lawsuit is in order or at the least an investigation of this Large problem.

I paid more than $10000 To make 2 huge websites Still now not complete anything. I think this company is not real company . it is fake company. I sent many mails to them and no response. I called many times but the telephone is not ringing. So, my advice is: Don't pay anything more and try to return your money. And looking for other company. If any person know the address of this company then please provide me the real address and I will send the police to make the necessary.

They just disappeared and my project is still pending since Feb, since three weeks no communication and they can't be reached. Anyone knows what happened to them ?

I have used this Company to help me build my website and some other bits and bobs, was promised lots of things but they have failed to deliver. I cannot get through to anybody the phone line is dead and no response to emails for over 2 weeks.

Terrible company. They like to make lofty promises to suck you in their sales funnel, and they leave you high and dry when it comes to delivery. In one instance, I had to shell out $400 extra because the sales person over-committed but the Designers declined to cater to what was originally discussed. Worst yet, even after spending the $400, the delivered work was sub-par and badly coded to the extent where it was unusable. They way they hard-coded the programming logic into the webdesign meant and any further change would require an additional spend. Please do not deal with them and save yourself a heartache. Please.

I own a small toy store in New Orleans, LA. We’ve been in this business since 2010, and finally decided to take it to the worldwide web. I looked for a while to find the correct company to build my store website, as l am an absolute amateur when it comes to websites and online marketing etc. After looking for about a month I chose Infinity Logo Design because I liked their designs and thought they were responsive to my initial questions. I hired them and they exceeded my expectations. The flash on the homepage caught everyone’s attention and creates an important message to anyone, from any age group, to understand my business values. Coupled with the excellent play of colors, this set a new standard of a website that is catered to the kids as well as to their parents. The layout of the webpage as well as the friendly font provides a subtle element of fun. The webpage is easy to navigate and contains the fundamental tabs needed for my business. The design of my site is perfect’ I would recommend them to anyone interested in building their internet presence.

I was very skeptical placing an online order for my website since I was doing it for the first time. I landing on this website that was referred to me by a friend and I would like to thank him for his recommendation. I really loved working with Infinity Logo Design. They provide custom made designs for logo and website with immaculate quality and best customer support. Highly Recommend Infinity Logo Design for any design project you might have. I certainly will be using them again and again.
