They have been after me to send them $299 to begin with and then $300 thereafter of each classification of my business, which I was told twice minimum. So $900 to begin with. He then failed when he said the company was from North Carolina. I google my business name and it came up with a sentence with my business name name in it but it was not the business name, He messed up when he told me the other business was in NC then another text said Texas. He was quite rude each email and text- Hello, Being honest it seems like we have been getting run arounds from you. The reason we contacted you was to inform you about the other business company trying to register the name with USPTO. But you proved us wrong as you are least bother in keeping your business name & logo design. So we being a logo design company who have created the logo for you will hand over the rights to the other business owner and will help them out in getting the trademark register with USPTO. As per the US Business Law section USBL AD258RD4 you will have no rights to use the name & design once you serial number is been issued to other company in next 6 to 7 days. And if you found out that you are still using the name & design, we being a registered company will send you a cease & desist letter on behalf of the other client. Wish You All The Best. Rinkeydink designs. That's what this company should be called. Now they are calling me from different numbers telling me that someone else is trying to trademark my company name. Trying to get $750 out of me for trademark services. Why they pretend to be an American based company I don't know. They are a foreign company and we'll use a Delaware phone number to call you and an Arkansas number to text you in an Indian number to Whatsapp you. Run for the Hills. Be careful of these, they will send you email telling you that you have to register your Trade Mark, then they will also call you. They mention one phone number in their email, they call from another number and then they Watsapp you from another number. In the email, the lady is a Business Development Manager and on Watsapp, Magic she become a Legal Advisor. They think people are stupid. Anyway, with some researches, I found her real name and it has nothing to do with the name of the email. Don't you EVER trust them! FAKE FAKE FAKE AND FAKE

I used their services years ago and now they are trying to scam me out of $1,000 saying that someone else is trying to Trademark my business name and logo. Apparently this logo design company is now in the trademark registration business :) Here is the latest email I got from them (on top of several unsolicited texts). Hello, This email is a Final Warning!!! One of My Representative sent you an email and we never got a response back. We wanted to know if you Trademarked your Business Name/Logo. If you still haven't kindly reach us out ASAP or provide us with the best number and time for the paralegal team to reach you. Since we denied the previous applicant's request, he has reached out again to file for Trademark since the Business Name is still available. As our Company's policy for this coincidence, we are giving you the benefit to choose, as you are an old client, whether you'd like to register the trademark or not, as we need to respond to the other applicant as well. The other applicant is all ready to initiate the process, but I need your final words before we proceed with their application. The contract was completed in the specified time. Very good service, responsive designers and a very good result for our logo! I recommend!

This company is owned be Axact from Pakistan which was involved in Fake degrees and it was one of the biggest scandals in world. They are re launching the website so before you order just read our reviews. To all those who lost money like me. I called my bank and requested a charge back and got the amount back. You should do that too. If this helps, post the review everywhere.

I may be a bit luckier than a lot of people. Although they were terrible To work with, back and forward for months. I hounded them every single day and finally got the website sorted. But now it has disappeared and I have no idea how to get it back. It was hosted by a UK company I believe tld registrar solutions.com but they are not responding to phone or emails. If someone could help it would be greatly appreciated.
