I saw lot of reviews while working with them but they are legit provider of design and legal service, they secure my logo as well as my business name in entire United States.
Obviously, every service provider or firm charges for its service fee so they are also asking for it. I was afraid when I was start working with them but they provide me authentic documents as well as serial number for my mark and name. now I am satisfied with the Trademark service as well.

This is a scam !!! Beware !!!!
This is a scam ! They reached out to me on Labor Day by text stating they designed a logo for me in 2010.
My business name has changed since 2010 and they didn’t do my logo design. When i went On to website the guy asked for my name and email which I didn’t give him and suddenly he knew my personal email address and “legal “ was emailing me. In the mean time I received 3 spam calls from a girl who could barely speak . My response to them bounced back.
This is the email !
Our IP Attorney has done extensive research before reaching out to you and found out that the name is not registered with the USPTO (United States Patent and Trademark Office).
Trademark is done federally, through the United States Patent and Trademark Office. This means, whoever gets the trademark done, will have the ownership of the business name in all the 50 states. If the owner of the trademark finds someone else using the business name anywhere in all the 50 states, they'll be able to send them a cease and desist letter.
Since we are a provider of design services, we are associated with different intellectual property rights organizations like World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) to keep us and our clients safe from intellectual rights conflicts.
We share our records with USPTO and whenever there is an application filed with USPTO which is similar to our database our internal system generates a notification regarding trademark filing.
If you're interested kindly let me know we will halt the trademark process for the conflicting party and file yours instead. The opposition will be refunded in full by our finance department once the Serial No for your filed trademark application is duly issued so in the meanwhile they are not able to secure the First File.
If you're not willing to register the trademark so the other applicant will be honored as USPTO serves applicants on a first come first serve basis.
As per the Act of 1946 §§ 1051 et seq, it is mandatory to register your mark to hold the ownership rights federally.
Since they've filed with us only we will be able to proceed with the application or reject it. However, if you file with your trademark counsel you won't be able to get the ownership of the mark as the USPTO serves the applicants on a first come first serve basis. Only we would be able to file on your behalf. If you're not interested we will go ahead and file for the other applicant. It was just a courtesy call to inform you about the application being filed. You were given priority as an older client and the courtesy to choose if you'd like to go ahead and own this name as it is still in your use.
If you'd be filing through us only then we'll be able to help you out if not as per the policy filing will be processed in favor of the opposition and you'll be required to discontinue all use of this name as per the Trademark law. Kindly acknowledge if the other applicant successfully gets this trademark registered under their ownership and if any conflict arises between you and other parties on Intellectual Property Rights, then Logo Design Pros shall not be responsible.
If you're willing to trademark the name, kindly let me know as the application will be filed for the other applicant by the end today.

I keep getting emails from the "Sr Paralegal Officer" that someone is contacting them and I must hand over the domain name and social media. When I called to tell them to ...off they could barely tell me what company, I informed them it's been 8-9 years ago that it was open for like 2-3 months. Then he asked what business I had now. Nope scammer. Got ... off. They are BEYOND sketchy. Their site doesn't even work. I wish our government would do something about these ...bags!

So....got this several weeks ago:
Hi ...........,
Hope you’re doing well.
This is Joe Connor, Sr. Paralegal Officer from LogoDesignProsUK. We'd like to inform you that another applicant has filed a Trademark application for the same business name as yours; however, if we go ahead with their application and they receive federal ownership and protection for the mark/name, you'll be required to stop using it under trademark law.
Please be aware that failure to respond within the specified time range may aggravate the issue.
Your information appeared as we searched our database for the business name. Given that you have already received logo design services from Infinity Logo Design, our internal policy proposes obtaining your authorization if you are willing to reserve trademark rights and registration for the firm under your ownership.
If you do not want to register the trademark, the other applicant will be given priority because the United Kingdom Intellectual Property Office (UKIPO) and European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) work on a first come, first served basis.
If you could just respond to this email within the next 24 hours, that would be great. We attempted to contact you via emails and calls. If you do not respond within 24 hours, the other applicant will be granted the option to commence their registration with the United Kingdom Intellectual Property Office, which will cover and protect the business name and logo in the United Kingdom. To sustain federal ownership rights, you should indeed register your trademark.
Let me know if you have any further queries.
Best regards

So I responded with a number of questions (as I immediately thought it was a scam). I was given 24hrs to reply, it was 3 weeks before I got this:
Dear ........,
This is Seth Jones from the legal team, it is to inform you that this is a FINAL NOTICE as a trademark will be filed for the other applicants if no objection is raised as the other applicant is trying to register the same name as yours. We received this information through United Kingdom Intellectual Property Office, if they do not hear anything back from us they will let another applicant register his name.
Not trademarking your business name will result in the loss of your business identity. You won't be able to do business with the same name, as we have already informed you regarding the conflict of Trademark registration. Once the other file is approved and accepted at the UKIPO, you are not allowed to use the same name legally and another party will file a lawsuit to cease your business.
Let us know your response otherwise, we will have to give go-ahead to the UKIPO.
Regards,
Seth Jones

I replied to the email asking to kindly not intrude on my valuable time with this sh*te, and wished them the best of days. Imagine my joy when I thought to look on Trust Pilot to find numerous other people these sh*thouses have tried to scam.
I will be reporting these toss pots to anyone who has been foolish enough to affiliate themselves with them.
Jog on, Infinity Logo Designs.

Scam Alert!
Scam Alert! Trust me...no one wants your logo or business name. This is a way for Infinity Logo Design to get a hook on you. When I first got the email from Infinity Logo, I called the company directly and got transferred to their so called "Legal Department".
Fact: When you hire a company or an independent designer to design your logo, they own the "design" and not you. Even though it's your business name, your idea, your vision, you paid for the service and even trademarked the design. By laws, the designer owns their creative work and not you. When hire a logo company or designer, make sure you demand 100% ownership right before hiring them. So you won't run into a situation like me.
I used Infinity Logo over 10+ years ago. I trademarked my business name prior to hiring Infinity. 10+ years later, Infinity's Legal Department demanded $1500 by the end of the business day or they will transferred the design ownership right over to their "invisible customer". They threaten that they will take legal action, file paperwork with USPTO and send a cease-and-desist-letter to my business. So much work! =)
Solution: You can design a new logo using Canvas app or other logo app in minutes. Make sure you have 100% ownership of the design.
I will updated my business logo when I feel like it. I'm busy waiting for the cease-and-desist letter. Hope it comes by the end of the business day. Lolz!

Email from Steve in paralegal dept (apparently)
Saying another company has filed to use the same business name/logo and I just have to pay £400 to trademark our logo and avoid the other companies request to register their company. Apparently I will receive a cease and desist letter if I don’t stop using the logo for our business!
Was pretty obvious it was a scam, they are emailing at all hours which not professional!
Glad to see the reviews on here backed up my initial thoughts!
Please ensure you do not use them
Under any circumstances.
Why is the world like this 😫
