Lovely dresses, delivered quickly and suited all of my bridesmaids with varying body shapes due to the different styles. Material and colour gorgeous. Only small complaint is that there is no option for taller ladies. My bridesmaids are all tall so the dresses are not full length on them. However, for the quality and price we are all very happy and can live with the dresses being calf length.

Unfortunately this dress just didn’t work for me. I ordered the floor length OS Plus in white; I wear a size 20 and stand at 5’3”. First of all, the dress is so cheaply made. It’s a 4-way stretch polyester and you can see right through it. The fabric slips and slides against itself and doesn’t stay in place. You will want undergarments in the *exact* color of your skin tone (or the dress itself.) The hem of the dress and edges of the long strips & bandeau are laser cut, not sewn. The bandeau the dress comes with slips down and doesn’t lend itself well to some of the sweetheart/plunging necklines you can style with the dress. So if you like those necklines, you’re going to be out of luck. Arranging it by yourself is next to impossible because it doesn’t lay flat and the fabric slips against itself—you need someone to style it for you while the garment is on your body, and you’ll want to pin, tape, or sew it in place. Even if you do that, there will be some awkward excess fabric which will need to be tucked in to your bra or shapewear and adjusted and readjusted throughout your wear time. If you planned on dancing in this? Forget it. If you want back coverage? Forget it. If you’re large chested, there’s no arrangement that will give you the support you need, and you will see any bra exposed from the back of the dress. A Boomba miiiight work to fix that. The floor length hem just barely hit the floor for me, and I’m short. If you’re taller than 5’4”, the hem will sit at your ankle or higher. Overall, while I got this dress at a discount, it was a waste of my time and money. It’s Halloween-costume caliber, even though the idea behind it is really smart. I can’t believe it’s marketed for bridesmaids.

I ordered 2 dresses in July as I couldn’t decide between the colours. I returned a dress via tracked delivery in August and have nears nothing from the company since. I have chased repeatedly via the customer service email as well as via the online chat and I have heard nothing. I would not recommend this company and 2 months later am still out of pocket despite having returned my item and followed the process as advised.

Nachdem das Kleid nicht gepasst hat, wollte ich es zurücksenden. Eine reguläre Rückgabe/Retoure ist bei diesem Händler jedoch so gut wie unmöglich. Ich habe fast zwei Monate lang versucht, eine korrekte Rücksendeadresse zu erhalten. Der Verkäufer hat mich stattdessen mit dem Versprechen einer Teilrückzahlung hingehalten und immer neue Ausreden gefunden, diese nicht zu zahlen. Zudem wurde ich massiv dazu gedrängt, meinen PayPal-Käuferschutzfall zu schließen – mit der Behauptung, eine Teilrückzahlung sei bei offenem Fall technisch nicht möglich. Das ist eine klare Falschaussage! Erst über das PayPal-System wurde dann doch noch eine Rücksendeadresse übermittelt. Diese bestand jedoch aus chinesischen Schriftzeichen, die die Post hier im System überhaupt nicht verarbeiten kann. Das Ziel dahinter war offenbar, dass die Frist verstreicht und der Fall automatisch zugunsten des Verkäufers geschlossen wird. Nur durch mehrere Telefonate und die Hartnäckigkeit beim PayPal-Support konnte ich mein Geld am Ende retten. Der Verkäufer nutzt hier gezielt Lücken im PayPal-System aus, um Käufer um ihr Geld zu bringen. Ich kann nur dringend raten: Finger weg von diesem Laden!
