Seems like a good product but chews a little tough for my pup. Thank you for your reply, my both dogs still like to crunch it and i think Ashwagandha ingredient definitely has some effect, they more calm after it.

"I apologize for the delay. According to our records, the order was placed on Tuesday, November 28th, and processed on the same day. I'm not sure why USPS stated that it was accepted on December 4th, as we did not receive any notification of any delays. It is scheduled to be delivered to your home tomorrow 12/8. It would have been helpful if you had called us to discuss your concerns earlier. After reviewing your subscription plan, it appears that you were on a monthly plan from February 23rd to May 23rd, which then stopped. However, it restarted again on October 27th. I apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused you. We did not intend to ship anything you did not order, let alone charge you for it. To make things right, I have refunded you for the two hip & joint supplements that were shipped to you, and I have canceled your subscription plan.
