The providers have been great and the employee feedback has been very positive.

Everyone loved the massages and their were friendly. Only downside was that They couldn’t carry their own equipment so I had to pull volunteers to assist.

This is an easy and convenient way to show our appreciation for our team members.

Massages were great and we were particularly happy with Sunny. The only challenges we had were 1. the therapist on the first day was late and did not call to notify and 2. some staff had difficult scheduling/canceling session on the site. These were minor issues in our eyes. Overall we were very pleased and will be holding on site massages monthly now.

A majority of the feedback was in regards to the online sign up. This needs to be made more efficient. People could not cancel 24 hours before, and were not given the opportunity to swap times. As a company, employees have very versatile schedules and it is hard for them to always stick with their appointment time. It would be better if employees could swap times with people or cancel their appointment for a new time day of.

From start to finish, everything went smooth. Booking was simple and the therapists were punctual and provided great service to our event attendees. Great value and service.
