The therapists were friendly and professional, but not very accommodating. We had 30+ people come through and the therapists were happy to sit in an empty room when there was no line, but when our last person arrived with 5 minute to go, they were rudely refused service. Some clarity on the front end about absolutes related to timing would have avoided this issue.

I took time to read some reviews prior to my commitment with Infinite Massage. My decision was unfavorable due to a previous comments of therapist being late. I searched for another company however my dates were not flexible and Infinite Massage was my only last minute option. I confirm and reiterated to the booking rep that I read the comments about therapist being late and was a little leery since the company was not local. She assured me that they only work with the best, licensed, and reliable people. I confirmed a day before to make sure the therapist were properly informed and ready for the job. The day of - therapist#1 called me to say she would be running late due to car issues but she would stay to make up the time. Luckily I had to therapist that day. She stayed a little longer which I did appreciate. All went over fine but I will not use this company again.

The lady as stated above was great nice yet it seemed every review I had heard from the team was the had asked for more pressure and it still was not enough. I am not sure in they need more breaks but for a 3 hours event and one break not many people had great things to say.

It hurt! It could just be me though. I am very tight and have many problem areas. However, it was more pain than pleasure. But, I think if I have one done more often, it will certainly help. I did feel better afterwards.

Not knowlegable enough to do massages, very dissapointing.
