Everything was great except for one of the therapists we had onsite who was smoking on the property before massages started and we had team members there with babies, some allergic to smoke and that could not be around smoke. In my opinion, this is extremely unprofessional and should not have happened.

Professional staff that made our corporate guests very relaxed and happy!

The massages were great and the team loved it. Only issue was all 3 massage therapists were late. We hade a 12:00 start time with appts starting at 12, first one arrived at 12:02 causing a back up in the morning.

Infinite Massage was great to work with for our Employee Appreciation Event. They were very responsive and easy to reach for questions and concerns. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because one massage therapist was late even after warning Infinite to let the therapists know that it would take a while to park and please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the event start time.

Infinite Massage was super easy to work with! We booked 3 masseuses for employee appreciation day and they made the process very smooth and worry free for us! Masseuse arrived on time and al did a great job, we will definitely book through them again!

Would have been 5 stars but had some scheduling issues. That said, Claudia was responsive, proactive and helpful. Therapist was great! Would use again and recommend.

Overall it was a great experience and all of our employees loved it. 2 employees out of the 20 serviced, asked if they could ask in the future if there was a focus area preferred and level of intensity.

I was impressed with how easy it was to book and was presently surprised that the cost wasn't as high as I expected!
