Hello
The Massage therapists that were at the event were great. However, of the 12 I hired only 11 showed up and 5 of the 11 showed up after the scheduled start time of 5:30 (they had a call time of 5:00 so that means almost half were over 30 min late)
Hello
Thank you for assisting us with our event on campus last week. The event went fantastic but confirming pricing, schedule, massage therapists was a little challenging. Once I was working with SJ it was perfect. Onsite Massage therapists were NOT in the know about the event and details and needed a lot of guidance to get settled.
Hello
good experience

Massage therapist wasn't as good as ones we had in the past.

I apologize if your most recent therapist wasn't a perfect fit. We can always request the previous therapist for any future visits. Unfortunately different therapists have different techniques and we'll be happy to find the one that fits best with your office. Chris Owen 866-735-2988 ext. 7013 [email protected]

We had both our massage therapists that we booked cancel on us day of the event, which was extremely frustrating. The two therapists we were able to schedule for the following week were amazing and we got awesome feedback from our employees. My only issue on the day of from a scheduling perspective was that they didn't stay very on track with the ten minute massage schedule, but that is common with these sorts of things. It all worked out in the end.
Hello
I love how much you all take on the logistics! The only problem was not many people liked the actual technique of the masseuse that we had.
Hello
We had some issues with the reservation process. The information we got from the rep was unclear, and the day before the event we found out we weren't actually booked, when we thought we were. When I called and spoke with someone different, she helped us resolve the issue right away, and we were able to pull off the event - very appreciative of her help, but it was still a stressful situation. However, once the massage therapists were onsite the event went smoothly and everyone was happy, so ultimately it was a success!

Booking - the booking part was quite easy. SJ was very responsive, she set up the online booking for us which made it very easy for our employees to sign up. Day of Event - Both massage therapists arrived late, I am not sure if they didn't expect there to be much traffic, but we are located downtown so traffic can be bad here. Communication with massage therapists - One of the massage therapists did not have the schedule of her massages, which made it difficult for her to know when she could take her break and when she had people coming. She had to keep calling us so we could check online if the time was available or unavailable. The system was open till the end of the day of the massages so people kept signing up throughout the day or dropping off.
