The therapists were prompt and friendly. The rep that I worked with to place the reservation was great. I had several employees comment that they would have preferred firmer massages and that the therapists were a bit too gentle, but it was a great way to end our tax season.

She was very nice, and she was definitely working hard, but we would not want to use her again as she was a little rough, even after being told to go lighter, and often felt like she was massages the bones, instead of the muscles. Also, just to note, she gave off a scent halfway through the session. She had used room spray to cover up the smell, but with a fan blowing from right behind her, it was hard to mask the smell from blowing directly into our noses.

The chair massage therapist, Amy, had a strong smell of cigarette smoke which was totally distracting to the overall experience. Had it not been for that, I would have scored a 5. Numerous people in the company made the comment as well, so it wasn't just me that noticed. It was enough also to deter me from using this company if we do something like this in the future.

We had a couple of minor issues this time around. One of our three massage therapists arrived about 20 minutes late (although she called in advance to let us know that she would be there after 10:00 am). In addition, there was a miscommunication about our parking validation policy. This policy has changed this year and we no longer validate tickets, which I communicated to our event planner. Unfortunately this information did not reach the therapists, and they were a bit taken aback after learning that they were responsible for covering the parking costs. Again, relatively minor issue - just a miscommunication.

Though the people are really nice, I think there is a communication level that is below expectations. As an event planner, we need to have our vendors be on the same page as us. I think that perhaps this is just not their business model, so maybe my expectations were generally too high. But, all in all, we need to make sure that our "partners" can deliver the same high level of service that we do.

Hoped the company would have provided a one time trial to be able to present services to Executive team. It would seem we would want to show good faith in the beginning. This should have been more negotiable.

We requested two masseurs to be on-site for two days and they were only scheduled for one day.

We had two therapists. The first therapist to show up did an amazing job keeping us on track. She was friendly and offered a great service! Our second massage therapist was very scatter brained. She continued to go over time, despite us bringing it to her attention, and caused the day to run off pace. She then made mention that she really had to finish up by 5:00 or they would charge us more. As a result, I personally skipped my appointment time to keep our staff on track with their appointments. If we had only had the experience with the early arriving therapist, you would have received 5 stars!
