Booking the event was more difficult than the past 2 years of using this same company. One of the 2 therapists did not come as prepared as the other, but in the end it was a great event and always an annual hit for our staff!

Overall, our staff really enjoyed this. The massage therapist was late to arrive which threw off our schedule, but fortunately we were down one person so it worked out in the end.

The massages were incredible! We had Infinite Massage in to do chair massages in our office and everyone was pleased with them. The only reason I took one star off was the booking process was a bit complicated.

I purchased this as a thank you to my team for their work on a recent project we launched. The massages were great and the therapists were pleasant, however it was super upsetting how abrupt they were with their time to leave. I can understand having a schedule but we run different shifts for our team members and found it difficult to find a perfect time frame where all team members could utilize the massages. Our last team member got here about 5 minutes past her scheduled time and when she walked in the room where they were set up, the therapist told us "we are done in 4 minutes so if you hurry up I can just do you for that time" and I thought that was a bit rude and turned me off from probably using you guys again or would at least request not to have that therapist. When you are paying as much as you do for the services you would hope there would be wiggle room of 5 minutes to make someone's day.

We had positive feedback from our employees that they enjoyed the massages. One of the therapists was giving out her business card to every individual (they are contracted and unable to do that) and then when I walked over to check on them, she was on her phone in one hand and then the other hand was massaging. I was not happy with that and if we use Infinite Massage in the future, we will be sure to not include her. The Company was great to work with, very timely in responses, and helped set up a schedule for the day.

One of the therapists arrived late which threw off our schedule a little but we were able to get back on track. But they were all very good at what they do and were a pleasure to work with.
