Our masseuse was late arriving and we had set up 30 minute chair massages for several people. Her technique and ability to know where you needed work, how much pressure to use etc . was really really good. She was interesting, kind and I would go to her again. I paid for my staff to have this treat during lab week on my own. I feel that I didn't QUITE get full value. When her "contractual time" was met, she was unwilling to give the final massage in its totality. I feel she should have adjusted her 30 minutes slots to meet the arrival and then set up time required to begin. We were there, ready and had worked our day out so all of my staff could have a 30 minute massage and my last employee was met with resistance and then received a 15 minute massage.

I feel that you have a professional set up when it comes to your website, email wording, and response time. However, I didn't care for the lack of customer service I received when I made a phone call to ask a few questions about the service. The representative did not remember sending me an email the day before, and seemed very caught off guard that I called to ask a question. Also, I wanted to get availability before I sent the credit card authorization in, and initially that wasn't an option. That process might want to be tweaked for this particular representative.

One massage therapist was late and missed a massage slot. Aside from that, the massage therapists were very friendly and received nothing but compliments from our employees.

Loved Patricia and the great job she did. So convenient to have them come out to our company. Only complaint was I tried booking it for days. Their coordinator did not call me back until day before so I was charged a last minute fee, even though the coordinator had been emailing me for a few days, not the day before.

We have used Infinite Massage for more than 5 years and they have been fantastic. Our employees look forward to our annual health & safety fair. Therapists have been prompt, kind and courteous to staff and the sales representatives as well as customer services have been outstanding. I highly recommend them.

The only hesitation I had (very little hesitation) about 5 stars is that the ladies stopped massaging to eat and we should have had a better plan for them to relieve one another and we should have planned to have food for them. It would have been nice if we had been reminded to set the A/C such that the ladies would not have gotten hot before they asked us to do so. Other than that, amazing -- thank you so much! And SJ is the total REASON that I chose INFINITE over other vendors -- professional and I trusted her as the advisor. She was correct about everything.

All were punctual, personable, polite and professional. Services were appreciated and no conflicts or problems arose.

Adrienne was amazing! We appreciate her being here move the stress out of our bodies and for providing an enjoyable experience. Staff definitely wants her to come back.
