Hello
He was nice enough, but the teachers were a little disappointed

The therapist was nice, and did a good job. However he was not dressed professionally which was embarrassing given how much money we spent.

Hi Jerad, I'm extremely disappointed that Steve was dressed inappropriately. Please trust that I will look into this personally and if you'd like to provide me any specifics or additional detail, please feel free to call me directly or email me. The company was good in securing a massage therapist for our party which was somewhat last minute. The person that came was very nice, but last year we used another company and we felt their massages were better. I'm sure it just depends on who is available, but hard to choose someone when your business is in another state. Would probably try to use someone local next time, as they are probably a bit more accountable.

Hi Lauren, I very sorry to hear that you feel this way. Each of our therapists are local to our clients, we simply do the booking from a single location. As you know, therapists all have their own technique, pressure, etc. and I'm very disappointed to hear that our performance was only mediocre, especially given the fact that you stated your event was somewhat last minute. Communicating desires and expectations with the therapists can also go a long way. Again, my apologies for your less than perfect experience and I'm always here to discuss if you'd like to reach out to me directly. We've had better therapists. Her technique was odd. Appreciate the ease of hiring someone and getting them here during this busy season.

Hi Melissa, My apologies if the technique was considered odd. We certainly aim to please everyone, although finding the perfect fit for every employee can be challenging at times. Hopefully we can make a better impression if we get the opportunity to work with you again in the future. Feel free to reach out to me directly if you'd like to discuss further. Therapist created a welcoming environment for our managers in the office, but smelt like cigarette smoke which was hard to move past and relax.

The massages were very light and relaxing, however, not what we prefer. We like more of a deep tissue massage.

Hi Kimberly, My apologies if they experience wasn't what you were expecting! A key attribute would always be to verbally communicate your preferences with the therapist to make sure you are both on the same page as far as expectations. Again, our apologies for any disappointment. Best, Chris Owen - Owner 866-735-2988 ext 7013

One of our therapists cancelled the morning of due to illness. I certainly understand these things happen, and we were given a discount. However, it would be nice if you had extra staff available should this situation arise in the future.
Hello
The massages were excellent. 2 of the therapist were polite, helpful and kind. Sarah was late and she put a sign out asking for tips. Since she setup late, I didn’t notice until late in the day. This is as very unprofessional. I tipped at the time of payment. This was a gift for our employees. They should have not felt pressured to tip.
