My client and my contact mentioned the therapist had a little bit of attitude

The first scheduled date has to be cancelled and rescheduled. The therapists ended up showing up anyway and lost their wages for the day. The rescheduled date was a day out and I was told that you weren't able to confirm enough therapists. My options were re-scheduling (which it was the next day and part of our employee appreciation week and couldn't be re-scheduled) or to cancel (see previous comment). Those were my two options? Unacceptable, and I said that. I said that I needed at least two (I had requested 4). When I pushed back and said no, you need to find someone - there were 4 therapists here that day and they were fabulous. I didn't give a 1 star because it ended up working out and they were great. However, you should not have a client telling you no - you push and you find someone. Obviously, the person I was working with was not motivated to find anyone until I pushed. Response to owner comment: No, that was not the case. I did have to re-schedule which was well in advance to the final date. It was not re-scheduled again. I received a call from the company a day before the event (after I confirmed the date and time) and was told by the company they were not able to secure 4 therapists for me. They had two, but then one had to cancel because of a death in the family, so that is where I was left with 1 therapist for 350 people. I was then told my two options, and I said neither of those would work and she needed to find me the additional help. I should not have to worry the day before a confirmed event that you couldn't find anyone (especially since all options obviously were not exhausted because we did eventually have 4 therapists). Like I said, it was resolved and they were great, so to call out my review as harsh (or whatever term you used) seems a little self absorbed and not taking responsibility. I do appreciate the partnership and would recommend but with caution, followed with a comment to over confirm appointments.

There was some confusion about booking an event, and the tone in the email from the rep (or I think it was the actual CEO) was out of line. I was still willing to work with them even after the misunderstanding, as this was our first time having issues. But they never responded back.

The woman who came used a small wooden roller to massage employees' backs and then scratched their backs. I had several employees tell me it was the worst massage that they had ever received in their lives. We would not recommend her. The other two were good but not great. We paid for 15 minute massages and were given 11 minute massages. It was not a good experience.

First I have to say that I was incredibly impressed with how quickly staff responded to my request for two masseuses. I contacted them the day before to confirm and all seemed well. I requested two chair massage therapist from 8-5. I got in a little early and sure enough the first therapist was here and ready to sit up. She was great, she delivered as requested (10min chair massages). The second therapist arrived late, after 12:30pm when our first person was set to get a massage. Thereafter we fell behind, even with no shows we still ran 20-30 mins behind schedule. The afternoon therapist didn't seem to keep a tighter schedule (10mins per person) even with a copy of the schedule. We work in a medical building and more than half of the employees getting massages were on tight schedules needing to get back upstairs to their patients. Not everyone who was scheduled to get a massage got one because time ran out. We were very disappointed with the lack of respect and communication from the afternoon masseuse. I would have given them 5 stars if it weren't for that second masseuse. (Thank you Chris - we just felt she should have stayed on track with the schedule, 10 minutes per person).

Client was not happy and this reflected poorly on Infinite and myself as I was the one that had you guys go out there. One massage therapist was late due to traffic. The other was late because he was looking for my company, Melita, instead of the client's company, Soraa.

We are having difficulty booking our office massages using the "Swipe" feature. Actually, we cannot book at this time because that feature is not working. I was told I could call their IT department directly. My thought is to update their payment options.

Our event was schedule at 1:30pm today. At 1:35pm the therapist hadn't shown up for our event. At 1:42pm the therapist came into our office like a bull in a china cabinet. Her first words out of her mouth was "there is no way to find you". We have adequate signage on the door. I asked her why she didn't call if she was having issues locating us. She stated that she isn't provided with that information. My next question was why didn't she call her company to contact us. Needless to say we haven't gotten off to a good start. I asked her if we were pushing everyone's appointment back by 10-15 minutes since she was late. She replied "I only need a few seconds to setup". Again, we aren't off to a good start. The first person on our list was the owner of the company who was taking 2 slots (30 minutes). During his time, the therapist's cell phone was going off as she was receiving text messages. During the session the owner was quizzing her on why she was late. She stated that she didn't leave "uptown" until 1pm, was caught in holiday traffic, blah blah blah. Also during this session she stated that she would NEVER be coming back here again as Allen was too far. She also stated that she didn't like the company that she worked for. Nice employee you have representing your company! Needless to say we are only 3 people into our 12 people session and I am writing this review. We were pondering with the idea of making this a monthly event but needless to say I think we will be searching for another company. It is my understanding that Infinite Massage contracts their therapists as the owner of NHI was given a card by the therapist - Massages by Sandie. Not sure if Infinite Massage is aware of this or not. I wouldn't think you would want your therapists who are representing your company soliciting their own business.
