Hi Mindy, My apologies for the disappointing experience with your booking. When we booked the event for Monday Sept 16th on Wednesday Sept 11th, I'm sure SJ was hoping to be able to accommodate. Unfortunately she couldn't find anyone to commute to your location, which is why she reached out to let you know that fact. Hi Alyssa, My sincere apologies for the issue regarding your event. I have discussed the process with Claudia and apparently there was a lack of communication regarding the specifics of your event. Apparently we were forwarded your contract paperwork, but we didn't receive our completed contract paperwork, which is why the event was never established. Again, I think there was simply a lack of communication regarding all of the necessary steps involved. Again, I'd like to apologize for our failure to provide you the therapists you were requesting and I'll be happy to discuss the issue with you further if you'd like to reach out to me directly. Hi Daxton, I just spoke with Claudia regarding your event that was originally scheduled for Friday March 3rd. The details were relayed to her on March 2nd, the day before, and we tried everything in our power to find a therapist with availability for your event. Unfortunately with it being Employee Appreciation Day, it was an extremely busy day for us. Claudia reached out to every therapist in our directory in the greater Oklahoma City area and we simply didn't have anyone with availability. If Claudia was not specific in relaying the urgency of the situation (day-before booking) then she certainly should have made you aware of the situation. Hi Loma, My sincere apologies for this situation. Being that your location was in Lake Forest, CA we thought that we had a therapist that was willing to travel to your location. We actually booked two different therapists and after finding out how far the commute would be, they both declined the offer. We contacted you as soon as we realized that it might be an issue, and you called us back to cancel the visit. Again, my apologies for not being able to service your location. Had we realized that the address was so remote, we would have proceeded with more caution. Again, my apologies for the issue and we do understand your frustration with the situation.
