Both therapists were on time and professional. One seemed like she had taken a lot of external training and treated each body individually, while the other seemed like she went through the motions.

Our masseuse was very good! He was professional and polite, although a little chatty.

Only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is due to the feedback on 1 of the 4 therapists that came on site. Not necessarily bad just that the therapist applied a lot more pressure where the feedback was their experience was not enjoyable.

Easy to schedule! Therapists were on-time, engaging and our students loved the event. We look forward to working with Infinite Massage for future events.

We have used Infinite Massage in the past and the experience has always been awesome. The only reason I didn't give the full 5 stars for this review is one massage therapist (we had 4 come in) was 30 minutes leaving us trying to accommodate the 2 people with appointments in those 30 minutes.

It was great! It wasn't very clear about adding a gratuity for the therapist though. Before processing the invoice, it may be good to check to see if a gratuity would like to be added, or suggest gratuities be given in cash directly to therapist.

I ordered the service for my son's middle school staff. Everyone said they loved it, that the ladies were professional and pleasant! :) I am only removing one star, because both therapists arrived 5 minutes before the first session was scheduled (rather than the agreed on 30), due to traffic. This felt a little stressful, as they needed to get checked in at the office, then shown to the room where they were to set up. Thankfully, it all worked out but I think that they should allow extra time for travel, to ensure early enough arrival time.
