This is the 2nd time I have used this company and this year I scheduled a 5 chair event but at last minute one of the chairs called out which left me scrambling to adjust scheduled massages which, as you can imagine, was stressful. Claudia was helpful in setting up a new person for the next day. The 4 folks who came on the 1st day were awesome, Shayla and Yinh were also here last year and I would want them again next year. The person who came on the 2nd day was not as engaged or as friendly but gave a great massage. I give 4 stars because the call out though I understand this can happen to anyone. I would still recommend this company as they are easy to work with.

The company arranged for short chair massages for all that were interested, it was a nice gesture.....wish it had lasted longer.

Organizing my event was made very easy by the person I was dealing with. The therapists that came to our facility were very nice however, they showed up late so in turn it pushed all of our appointments back. Once of the therapist was very personable and knowledgeable while the other seems to not know what she was doing. They both were very nice.

Massage therapists were friendly and did a wonderful job!

We had two therapists from 9-1:30 and scheduled massages every 15 minutes. The therapists were very professional, showed up on time and did a great job. Our company paid for it so I did not have any complaints but going forward we had planned on the employee paying for themselves. I would be concerned about making sure each person got their 15 minutes to avoid complaints. I would recommend them keeping scheduling in mind.

One of the massage therapists were 30-40 minutes late, however, the work itself made made our employees happy

Based on feedback from those who received massages, 2 of the therapists were great and 1 was not the BEST. We love using Infinite Massage for our corporate specialty events.
