Good experience for our first time using this vendor. Both therapists showed up before the scheduled start time. We did an anonymous employee survey afterwards, and the vast majority were "very satisfied". We did have 2 respondents who weren't satisfied with one of the therapists, so we'll probably request a different one next time. Will definitely use again.

April was great! She made sure she was using appropriate pressure on her clients. She was attentive and knowledgeable.

Overall it was a good experience. The therapists received nice feedback from our employees. The only reason I am giving 4 instead of 5 stars, is there was one therapist who seemed like she didn't want to be here. She was the busiest of all therapists, and it was a little hectic for her, but she seemed a little unhappy with my interactions with her. Everything else was great!

Our client was very happy with the quality and experience! The only hiccup was that there was some confusion about who was showing up when. So it would be better if Infinite Massage gave us confirmation of our massage therapists - instead of counting on the massage therapist themselves to reach out to us with their info.

Everyone REALLY enjoyed their massages! Thank you for a great experience! Just had 1 issue with a therapist who took a call during a massage. But other than that - it was a wonderful event.

Both therapists were affable, well organized, and great with everyone. My only feedback was that the music played was ridiculously UNRELAXING. They should be playing instrumentals or calming music, not Nickelback and Boys2Men. Lame. I would have them both back in a heartbeat, but they need to lose the crap tunes.
