My company participated in an employee sponsored massage event. The massage therapist was very nice, and professional and showed up on time. One suggestion I think may be a good idea, would be for the employees who signed up for the massages to receive an email reminder from infinite massage the morning of their appointment. Unfortunately there were a few employees who missed their scheduled times.

Process was quick and simple. I received a response back the same day for any questions I had about the initial process. The actual massage event was great! Perfect for a small office event. The only reason I would give 4 stars because it seemed like not everyone received the same length in massage. People that went earlier received 25-30 mins and people that went later received 35-40 mins (which we paid for a 40 min. massage each). I think they are very strict with there timing and should add break times within the time that is reserved so everyone is getting an equal time for a massage. Otherwise, the massage was great and really was a perfect little get away from your desk. I would recommend to others to try out!

Massage for 3 hours, 12 people total. In general this was okay and good, but I personally think that masseuse should not only work on back but I remember one time being worked also the arms/hands on a mall massage. I remember that when combining back and arms it gave a more sense of stress relief. But again in general for the 10-12 min. it was okay and people liked it.

Fair experience - booking was rough. Initially spoke with someone who was super friendly and helpful. Called back, and the person who I was paired with was not very friendly or professional. They didn't have the best communication, and when I was sent a form to fill out credit card info, the form contained a previous clients credit card and billing information. We had two massage therapists at our events. They were on time, ran everything smoothly, and provided a great service. One was much more friendly than the other, but they both did great work. I would definitely book again.

Infinite Massage at Student Finals Event Overall I really enjoyed working with Infinite Massage! Stacey was very responsive and helpful throughout the process of booking them! The students really enjoyed the massage! There was one massage therapist that was late (about 15-30 minutes late). I wish the massage therapist would have stayed the time he was late to accommodate the students who were waiting.

The booking process was very easy, therapists did a great job!

The massage therapists were very professional and friendly. They came prepared with everything they needed. One of the therapists showed up 25 minutes late and we never received an apology for the inconvenience.

Very good to work with, have had little to no issues with scheduling. Sometimes the the selected massage therapist becomes unavailable but that's understandable.
