Overall our experience was great. However, one of the therapists was conducting massages with the door to the room wide open and he was also seen frequently using his cell phone, once while actually conducting a massage on one of the employees.

Punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable. Had several employees that gave feedback that one of the therapists wasn't "very good" and a couple that said she didn't listen to them on what was comfortable. Otherwise, lots of great feedback about them!

therapist did not have the list of names. Clients had entered information into the website upon registration for areas they wanted worked on, and she did not have this with her.

Only complaint was one therapist wore extremely heavy personal scent - WAY to heavy and distracting.

We hired Infinite Massage to come to our office to provide chair massages for our staff on Employee Appreciation Day. Our employees loved it. The massage therapists brought all of their own equipment and supplies and were good at what they did. My only concern is that the company doesn't make it CLEAR ENOUGH that you need to specify whether you want a female or male therapist. Apparently there was a note about it on the order form but it was so miniscule that I missed it and we ended up getting two male therapists which made some of our staff uncomfortable. Other small issues included one therapist showing up late and the other eating potato chips in between massages, but these are small flaws. This is the 2nd time I've used the company and didn't have those minor issues the first time. Will book them again.

Infinite Massage was easy to work with and reasonably priced. Most of the therapists were very professional, friendly and great. There was one who decided to do yoga poses in the middle of our office which was odd and distracting.
