Second day in a row different card. First revel now this time it’s my destiny card. They won’t allow me to add my banking information on the app or over the phone. Telling a customer to get another bank account or sending a money gram does not sound like a legitimate option to me. Bank info works for all other cards and transactions. Companies like this should be held accountable and shut down and the banks that subcontract the credit cards out should also be held accountable. This just blows my mind

This card is a trap to destroy your score. No customer service. Setup ach payments 3x they couldn't effect and this is the only way to pay them Changed their.name to Concordia suspect due to horrible reviews Stay away from them All CSRs are overseas with no authority to fix anything. Joke and a bad one at that if you unfortunately have this card.

Garbage card. It takes this card / bank 2 weeks to update your available credit after you made a payment and the funds have been withdrawn from your checking account. So they take your $ and do not give you any credit for 2 weeks. Stay away or get screwed!

When you make a payment it takes a week for it to post on your account, i.e. they hang on to your money for a week when other credit card companies I deal with post your payment within minutes. Also, after having the card for 12 months, having always paid my monthly bill in full and on time, they have never offered a credit limit increase and want to charge me $99 renewal fee for a $300 credit limit. I would have to be insane to do that. No thanks.

Absolutely horrible they will not update your available credit for 14 day every time you pay. Even if you pay it off on every payment. Don't waste your time.

Stay far away from this credit card! I opened my account 2 months ago. I went to log in to pay my bill. Received the following message, "Unable to sign on portal to pay bill." Tried reaching customer service and couldn't. Signed on later, and it appeared as if it took my payment. Went back a few days later and checked again to make sure it was scheduled. No record was found. Tried again, received the same error message as above. It locked me out of my account. After trying several more times, I was finally able to log in after changing my password over 10 times!!! I scheduled the 3rd payment. So, I go to use my card and it gets declined. I call customer service and am told that my account was closed! They said that two of my payments were declined and returned, so their policy is to close the account. What?!? I never knew anything was returned! They just closed my card without speaking with me! They were very sorry, but there was nothing they could do. Really!?! I will never open another account with them again and will highly encourage anyone to think twice before opening an account with this SHADY company!!! If I could rate them zero stars, I would have! Stay FAR away!!!

This card is a scam - made a payment - they took the money out of my checking account and instead of updating available credit the next day (like they did the previous month) now they are holding up my available credit for 14 days -payment has cleared my bank - and have really screwed my budget up for the next two weeks - this card is NOT reliable - thieves are what they really are and they could care less

Horrible company! Card was stolen and I requested a new card; meanwhile, didn't have access to my online account because they had my SSN wrong in their system. They requested 2 forms of ID to grant me access and a new card. I provided it 5 times via fax and US mail to which they kept telling me it was illegible. Filed a complaint with the BBB which went on for months because they kept refusing my IDs; even sent them electronically through the BBB messaging system and they still didn't accept it. Finally had to hire an attorney, and at this point, instructed that my account be closed which they continued to take their time doing. Horrible service, Horrible communication, Horrible company!
