This is my second review, and I hope someone is reading them. They took a payment from me with my checking account which I don't use my account for payments rather use my debit, they only take debit cards for customers who are behind and I use my checking account for my payment on July 17th and was told it would take about three days to post so I check my account to keep seeing if was taken out was not so I call Indigo7/26 and they say that it takes up to 14 days to come out of account so the best way to make a payment is through walmart with code 4911 with a fee but at least it will take about three days to post. I read other's post and I see why they are closing their account which once I pay them off I will do the same.

I just received notice that there will be monthly fee and the interest rate will be 35.9% starting in September 2024. I have canceled my card.

I want to give 0 stars! Bad customer service and the card is unreliable! Fraud alerts will be issued and not immediately removed when you call in to verify that you are the one who made a purchase! I will not give them my business!

This company is NOT a reputable company! I've been with them for one year, and I make my payments. They clearly don't care about their good customers. After a year they notified me that they changed the terms of my card. Sadly the changes were NOT positive changes! They increased my interest rate by 10%, and they want to charge me a monthly fee now. So, beware, they will apparently penalize good credit management with them! That's not really great customer service or appreciation! Avoid them!

My Indigo card was declined twice in 3 days. I tried to do a purchase on Temu & another one on Amazon -- both for under $50. I called customer service 3 times. Each time, I was on hold about 30 minutes -- my call was finally answered at 32 minutes -- on the 3rd call. I asked the Customer service rep. why my card was declined & I was informed that the "system" indicated "fraud" on both transactions. My card was blocked -- I asked the rep. to unblock my card & was told I had to "mail in" a copy of a government issue ID. There was no other way to do this, and I asked if I could do this by email, fax or a simple screenshot. I also asked why I was not notified there was a potential fraud issue -- the Rep. informed me a letter was sent in the mail (Indigo will not do text messages or emails for notifications). This is totally unacceptable!!! I travel frequently for work & may not get letter mail for a week or more. I told the Rep. to cancel my card -- I will not do business with such a screwed up company. Do not do business with this company -- it is not worth the headaches !!!

Without question the worst secured credit card you could get. Credit Karma should be ashamed of itself by being associated with this. If you transfer money from your bank it can take more than 2 weeks to be credited to your account. The customer service rep says it's to make sure the payment goes through. It's 2024 why would it take this long? Are they using Pony Express? Can't wait to pay this off and close the account.

I've had indigo for a couple of months I pay my premium early and it's still takes them 2 weeks to put it on the card they say when the bank releases it is a bunch of lies. they don't give you your money when they're supposed to. It's been 2 weeks and still $0 on the card

Over all it’s a terrible card there’s way better starter cards out there. At any random time their computer system wants even if you have never paid from a difference source they will hold the cleared payment for 14 business days. They claim it is to verify the funds but this is false. So you won’t be able to use your card during this time that they have withheld the funds from crediting. This isn’t reflected in your paper statement that they are withholding the funds. They also have very limited and poor customer service that are just reading from a script and can’t actually help with anything outside the script without “managment” help and extremely long hold times. They charge a yearly fee for putting up with their garbage customer service and there’s no rewards or cash back. Over all just a terrible card
