IndieMerchstoreReviews of indiemerchstore.com

Ordered the Metal Blade Champion branded shorts. They are not Champion brand as advertised. Honestly not a huge metal blade fan, more a fan of band/label merch that is printed on champion gear. It is super hard to find anymore, and when I ordered these shorts I was ecstatic, only to be let down by some cheapie b/s with a metal blade logo on it. On a lighter note, have never had a problem with these guys in the past, and I must say this particular order came very fast… but was not what was advertised. Thanks for the free sticker.

Great service Fast shipping and handling with good packaging Very satisfied I strongly recommend and great quality Pat from Montreal , Canada

Estimate shipping times were accurate. Quality of the t-shirts were great. My husband liked that these t-shirts were thinner/lighter than band other shirts I have ordered from other sites. He likes he can wear them in the summer as opposed to other shirts were too hot to wear.

i loved the store’s selection of items, the print was amazing and the merchandise is AFFORDABLE. which is a HUGE plus for me. it also helps to make an account so when you purchase you get tracking information faster .

The customer service is top notch! I had been waiting on a re stock for the album melancholy by shadow of intent, and due to Covid back ups it has been months. But the customer service rep who’s name I will get and edit into this review when I get it, was super helpful and patient with regards to me checking in regularly to see if the stock was in. Thank you again! And promote that customer service rep! He/she dealt with me for months lol. *Edit* - The customer service reps name was Travis!

Horrible costumer service with absolute morons working for them. Don't buy anything from these people ever. I pre ordered some merch back in April for an early September release. Low and behold none of it has even shipped. It was supposed to leave September, 2nd. Well it's September, 12th you lying crooks have some explaining to do. Don't tell me it's coronavirus or the factories being low on workers to make vinyl. Stop those excuses before I ask for my money back. I lack any patience or kindness toward these greedy lying frauds.

Outstanding customer service. I had a question (Facebook messenger) and they replied a lot faster than anticipated and answered my question on particular piece of merch. Super helpful and nice. Can’t say enough good things about indiemerchstore.

Zwei T-Shirts bestellt und beide hatten massive Fehldrucke, Eines war unverpackt und die Qualität des Drucks war generell schlechter als auf dem Produktfoto.
