I put an order in, on the website for some band merch. It has arrived within 10 days, and can say I'm happy with the products. The only thing was I thought one of the products was smaller then I predicted. I didn't notice any measurements whilst I was browsing on the site, to expect it.
However, I'm generally happy with my experience at Indie Merch

Fantastic Service; Great Company.
Can sometimes be a little expensive, but for the quality, and support of your favourite bands, it makes it worth it.
The quality is great on everything I've ordered so far (Only thing I'm not huge on is the zip-up hoodies; the printing is fantastic though), and service is outstanding. I also spoke to Travis on Instagram, about discount codes, and he was quick to offer 10% my order as well as personally make sure my order gets sent out expediently. Very friendly and professional!
The website itself is pretty user friendly, the only thing I'd recommend is a wishlist system so you don't have to find your items every time you open the page if you're indecisive like myself.
Best merch site on the internet.
Cheers,
Jacob

IndieMerch did great, the delivery company did not
It was my first time buying form IndieMerch, and I gotta say I'm pleased with the overall service from them, but one t-shirt had darker colors than the website image.
First of all, the quality of the t-shirts is outstanding, they are so thick, soft, the printing is great, and the designs are better, I didn't find them anywhere else.
The issue I had is that the colors in one t-shirt were a little different to what the IndieMerch website showed, the ones in the actual t-shirt (Chthonic's Resurrection Pyre) do not look the same, they look darker, grey-ish if you will, as if one layer was missing while printing or something, the design and printing are still cool though, hopefully only the t-shirt I got was affected by that.
The real problem here was with USPS, I paid for the Priority Mail Express International shipping, with a cost of $48-50 dollars, and 3 to 5 business days to be delivered according to the USPS website, but it took 12 business days just to leave US territory, a huge difference of what they claim is the "Express" delivery, probably the delay was due to the holidays, but I would recommend to choose a cheaper delivery option just to have more money for t-shirts.
I would recommend buying in IndieMerchstore, but you may want to contact them via facebook message just to make sure how the products look like to avoid the issue I had.

I appreciate a lot the fact that IndieMerch was in contact with me via Facebook before and after placing the order, is great to see an actual Customer Service and conversation, not one based on automatic responses or emails with no answers.

long af shipping
I've ordered only twice so far from the website. I've been nothing, but pleased with the received items, however, i have a few gripes with the service. My main problem being their astronomical shipping fee... it's $21 for it to ship to Europe (and they do not have a promo; so whether you only buy a shirt, or $200 worth of stuff, the shipping is always that high), and on top of that, the shipping time is absurdly long, in my opinion. My first order took almost 2 months to arrive, while the latter "only" a month.

IndieMerchStore.com is the best online retailer of metal merchandise for metalheads.
With the growth of popularity in any subject of entertainment, the demand for merchandise related to that entertainment increases as well. This demand eventually reaches mainstream stores, who supply the products in a way easily accessible to their targeted consumer. When concerning the musical genres of heavy music such as metal, unless an individual is a fan of bands who have gained enough popularity to have their merchandise distributed in mainstream stores, it is difficult to find a way to purchase your favorite band’s merchandise with either having to scour record stores for their music or waiting for them to tour your city and buying their merchandise at their show. But with the rising popularity of online shopping, having the ability to purchase merchandise from your favorite bands has been made possible and easier for fans. Though many online retailers for metal merchandise exist, none are as big as IndieMerchstore.com. IndieMerchstore is the biggest online retailer for metal merchandise that you would not find in mainstream stores. Founded in 2005, IndieMerchstore has been a reliable distributor for underground metal bands to provide merchandise for their fans through online shopping methods. Through the variety of bands and products available through their websites as well as their explementary customer service, IndieMerchstore.com is the best online retailer of metal merchandise for metalheads.
With being the biggest extreme metal online retailer, it can be assumed that IndieMerchstore offers a wide selection of bands to purchase merchandise from, which in that case would be correct. IndieMerchstore is home to thousands of metal bands and labels, ranging from a variety of unique metal genres. Any time I’ve become a fan of a new band and in need of merchandise from that band, IndieMerchstore is my reliable source to visit to see if the store is a distributor of merchandise for my new favorite band. Also by being a distributor for an enormous amount of bands, I tend to find many bands that I’ve never heard of, compelling me to listen to their music and if I enjoy it, I can always turn to IndieMerchstore to purchase merchandise from the band.
Now with a huge selection of bands selling their merchandise through IndieMerchstore, a huge assortment of products tend to come with that. In mainstream stores, band merchandise is very limited with only two to three shirts per band being available to purchase, not allowing their fans to browse their whole inventory. With IndieMerchstore however, bands can display their whole inventory, giving their fans tons of opportunities to buy what they want. While the different types of merchandise depend entirely on what the bands choose to sell, there’s still plenty of variety to be found in the merchandise available on the website. Such merchandise can range from t-shirts, leggings, hats to wall flags, vest patches, posters, wallets, and of course physical copies of the music itself with either CDs or vinyl.
Not only though does IndieMerchstore offers thousands of bands and products, but they also provide exemplary service to their customers. I’ve rarely had any complications with my orders from the store, but the few occasions that I’ve experienced, such as waiting on the shipping of an item I had purchased longer than I was guaranteed, their customer service associates replied to me within seconds after messaging them with an inquiry about the delayed delivery of my item and they were able to give me all the information I needed to know why it was delayed and when it would be shipping out to my address. They demonstrated high professionalism in their service to me, making me feel respected and important as a customer.
But for all the things IndieMerchstore succeeds at, there are a few faults IndieMerchstore suffers from and these things are unfortunately out of their control. These faults being cost, shipping, and location While the costs vary from band to band on their products, it can get quite expensive, plus when calculating shipping rates, unless you’re planning to spend a good amount of money on merchandise, it’ll make you think twice before making your purchase. Shipping outside the United States can also be daunting since the company is based in Cleveland, Ohio, so shipping rates only getting more expensive depending on where you live internationally and even depending on where you live, you might not be able to have any merchandise shipped out to your location as at that point, it would become too expensive for IndieMerchstore themselves to ship the merchandise. The last issue is location since IndieMerchstore is exclusively an online retailer, the only way to get a band's merchandise is through their website. Some people prefer to buy their products in-store so they instantly have it in their hands at that moment than waiting for it to be shipped out to them. But as heavy music is considered to be underground, the opening of a store may not garner the sales needed by consumers to sustain itself which is primarily why they are a strictly online retailer.
Even with their faults, IndieMerchstore’s accomplishments outweigh the negatives. Through being a distributor for thousands of bands and providing a retail outlet for fans to purchase merchandise from their favorite bands, IndieMerchstore gives opportunities for fans to represent and support their favorite bands in a way that is also convenient for them. Combined with the exemplary customer service the company exhibits, IndieMerchstore is an online retailer that fans such as myself enjoy coming back for our metal needs and why I believe that IndieMerchstore.com is the best online retailer of metal merchandise for metalheads.
