Too expensive for .3% thca hemp. Tastes and smells so awful!!! Left a review 3 times on their website. It's never there when I refresh the page. Only the reviews that say how awesome the product is are visible. So they aren't even honest either.

Still waiting for my package. If you complain to customer service and your package is still in route they will change the shipping route to make it longer. Petty customer service a real shit company that will screw you. These people need to refund you! Stay away!

Vape pen design is horrible! The last 3 I've purchased have been leaking right out of the package. Problem is the charge port is also on the bottom and makes it useless buyer beware! I contacted them and didn't hear a thing back. (Claimed they tried to contact me now after this review) Never did but that claim speaks volumes. Again buyer beware.

On their website there was supposed to be a 25% discount on all their products. It was supposed to be calculated at check out. After they got all my personal information they charged me the full amount. I try calling their supposedly award winning customer service team and nobody picked up. I try emailing them but no one replied back. There was supposed to be expedited shipping if you order over a certain amount. I ordered way over the required amount. Shipping was supposed to be two or three days. It's been over a week and I still haven't received my products. I received an email saying it was supposed to arrive yesterday but it didn't. Then this morning I received another email saying it would arrive between 9 AM - 1:00 PM. At 1:08 I received another email saying it was being returned to sender because of insufficient address. I don't know what that means so I try calling Indacloud again. Three times I called. No one picked up. They left a message informing people to contact them at their email for quick service. That's a lie. In total I left 9 emails, 7 phone calls. Nothing. Then a few days ago there was some charges which I didn't recognize. My bank issued a fraud alert. I immediately cancelled my card and had a new card sent to me. I have never been so disappointed or dissatisfied with any company ever. Do not order from this company. It's not worth the headache. I originally ordered because of the convenience of having it shipped to my door. I should have driven 10 minutes to my local dispensary. It would have been cheaper and less stressful. I repeat, do not order from this company.

Indacloud has good products but poor customer care. I placed an order. When I didn't receive THEY said it was lost in the mail and to file a claim with Protect+. I did but now we have to have Protect+ make a decision on the missing package. Outsourcing your customer service may be profitable but losing customers is not profitable. But they don't seem to get that.

Absolutely the worst online store to get stuff from . I don't call them a dispensarys like every one else cause there's so much B's goin around like delta 8,9,10 hhcp , hhcp+, thca, and etc. I've used other websites to buy gummies and stuff from like chronic guru, eternal gold dispensary and hemp living. They are a whole lot better than indacloud. I've spent over a 100$ on inda cloud and there products are basically trash. They don't do anything at all. I've contacted them about how disappointed I was and they emailed me saying basically just wait a couple more weeks we got some new stuff coming out and it will be what your looking for just spend more money. All there edibles are 50mg a piece . All there stuff will say 3500mg or 2500mg but that's the total mg in the bag not per gummy. This website is like music "artists" now a days got a cool as album cover photo but the music is trash. Don't waste your time use the website I put on there I recommend they ship quick and no bs!!!!!!!

Worst business for scamming shipping rates. Don't pay the extra, it's been over a week and still no package. Just wasting money cause if don't work you can send back and it doesn't speed up delivery, just pay the 4.99, you work hard for your money don't give it to there scam. Sincerely
