This is the worst experience of an online store I've never experienced. My order was supposed to be for today. The company nor USPS knows where my package is. Indacloud basically told me to take it up with USP and that's why I have protection. Then told me I have to wait 3 days just to report it missing! No one barely has money for gas and groceries and I have a small budget for this and I'm supposed to find another $85 outta nowhere??? It's almost Christmas! Do better!

I tried this brand hoping to find a good dispensary alternative. Picked some of their vape carts. The site lists these as THC with description of them being 920mg THCa. I very specifically chose these vapes because they were listed as THCa. When I got and tried these with minimal effects (and after checking the COAs) I found out they are actually majority delta 8 with a small amount of THCa sprinkled in. It also shows there’s only 748mg total cannabinoids in these, nearly 500mg of that is delta 8. Even when selecting their filter options on the site these do not list in the delta 8 category which is odd since there’s almost as much delta 8 in the “THCa vape” as there is in the ones actually labeled D8. I reached out to them wanting an explanation but got none on why they don’t list what’s actually in these. I was told that it’s “still a THCa vape since it contains some THCa” and a random (not entirely correct) explanation of the nuances of cannabinoids. Never got an answer for my original question. I’ll take responsibility for not digging deeper into the COAs, but I wrongfully trusted this company to label their products correctly. I combed though the details on these before reaching out to them just to make sure I didn’t miss it by accident, but no. Unless you take the extra steps to find the lab reports and know how read them correctly, there’s no way for a customer to know what they’re truly purchasing. I also learned in my digging that labeling something as a THCa distillate should be a red flag. I wasn’t aware of that at the time so that’s another show of dishonest labeling from this company. I was offered to do a return which I appreciate, but never got an explanation for the incorrect (seemingly purposeful) product labeling. I will not be attempting any further purchases with them not knowing what is really in these products.

Nothing comes out of the cartridges

What a horrible experience. After charging me and waiting for well over 8 days they never shipped out the product to me. They advertise they ship on the same business day or the very next business day. I tried reaching out to them to inquire about my shipment and never heard back from them. I was left with no choice but to cancel the order. They decided to keep taxes and shipping fees. I tried to leave a review on their website but it doesn't look like that's even possible. I would not recommend this company.

I ordered grand daddy purple, and after smoking a bowl it was like WTF nothing happened, second bowl and still waiting. Indacloud sells dirt weed IMO, it is not even purple.

I placed a order October 1 and I still have not received the product. Boils down to the USPS says they don't have it, indicloud also says they don't have it and since USPS says the don't have it I can not put a claim on this order

Still waiting for my order.. I would rate the product but it's not here yet.. they like to point the finger at USPS blaming it on them for not checking in at the postal facilities but if you know this is a problem why are you not using different shipping methods you keep using this same method and if you read all the reviews all the bad ones are about the shipping and the customer service.. they want you to spend more money to do priority Mail but that's not faster, they won't even know if it's faster because, like they said once it's in USPS hands it's out of their control.. they're blaming me for choosing ground mail but that only takes 2 to 5 business days as priority Mail two to three business days.. so I figured why not wait a couple days no biggie but here we are going on day 6 and they don't know where my package is they just tell me to wait for 10 business days which that doesn't make sense if it was traveling by ground it doesn't take 10 days to get here.. I tried this company because my friend swears by them but he doesn't live in a state where there is dispensaries everywhere.. who wants to wait so many days and get talked to by customer service like it's my fault when they don't even know where my product is.. this is the first and last time I will ever use this place and I will strongly discourage anybody else to use them and don't listen to them if they say in rare cases the postal office misses a scan that's a complete lie because if you look at all the reviews it's a known problem.. when you're placing your order they don't tell you you have to wait 10 days before you can actually say something otherwise they really don't know where your package is because like they said once it's out of their hands,it's out of their hands.. I place my order on the 19th of September it is now October 6th in my package is not here I've literally waited three weekends for it not to arrive.. this place is a complete waste of money and time..

I ordered gummies and some moon rocks; the gummies are packed in plastic containers but the moon rocks arrived smashed like a pancake. I have sent four emails with No Response. I will Not be reordering from this overpriced, understaffed company.
