Final edit: the product took about 12 days to receive. They were lackluster at best. I got the beast mode 500 milli's. First day i took em, I took a whole one. Didnt feel anything for hours. Took a second after about 3 hours. Then I felt something. But it wasn't a regular cannabis buzz. It was a weird buzz, felt like Spice did back in the day and lasted like an hour. They were supposed to be full spectrum. But felt like they must of been delta 8/9, whatever they call it. Because it wasnt a regular weed buzz. Im not even talking about the massive explosive diarrhea you get. That sh1t was insane, literally. I ended up giving some out to friends and my wife, just to see if I was tripping. Not one person out of 7 enjoyed it, they all said the same thing, "Thats not weed and I got horrible diarrhea that lasted a day or 2." So, id suggest dont order these unless you like weird buzzes that make you sh1t your pants for days. Took 4 days for them to send my first order. Then it sat at a post office in Wisconsin for 3 days. Today is day 8 and I have no idea where my package is or when ill get it. The est delivery date is sometime next week, another 7 day? I ordered for my birthday Saturday, I thought 8 days in advance was enough time. It said it takes 2 - 5 days. But apparently 20 days was closer to the actual est time. Apparently, perishable food and plants dont need to be mailed with concern. Wish I could review the products I ordered, but after 7-8 days, still havent received them. Yall gotta do better. Cmon man. In today's age, this is horrifically slow. Edit: Day #9, still hasn't left the Wisconsin post office. Looks like birthday plans are done. Ugh, what a bad company practice. Edit: just got an update it went to another post office in Wisconsin. Im in Texas. It has spent 4 to 5 days bouncing around wisconsin. I emailed them this morning I was told usps has it, it'll get delivered eventually.....like its not perishable items just baking on the sun. Lol. This place is a joke. Edit 3: now usps has lost my package, today is my bday. I ordered this with plenty of time to get here. I.spoke with someone at their 1800 number they said they apologize but hopefully theyll find it, eventually.

Not very loyal to their long term customers. Only deals you get is when they decide to make a little sale and then you are not allowed to use your coins to help cover any costs if they give you any kind of discount code. Not affordable at all!

They didn’t send me my free product, after I purposely spent more to receive it. I emailed them about it. They got back to me four days later, asking for the unopened package. Are you serious? I was already eating my treats and smoking the vapes. I wrote back, and said that it wasn’t possible because some of the products were already used, and the package was gone. Got a message back a day later. After several advertisements from bots telling me that they were offering even more free gifts with purchases. *EYEROLL* They said it was policy to make sure I wasn’t lying about not receiving my free gift. Why would I lie about the free gift when I spent over $120 in product? And this “policy” is literally the stupidest thing I ever heard of. If I wanted to lie about not receiving a free product, which honestly probably cost them two bucks - I would just take a picture of everything I bought and leave out the free product. But I’m not a scammer, this company is. I don’t recommend this company. Not only are they horrible at customer service they can’t keep track of what they are sending out and not sending out. There are a lot of better options out there. Ones that don’t take four days to get back to you and are happy to resolve the issue without all the BS. Ones that don’t email 3-4 times a day with advertisements, but never answer your email. I just don’t want anyone to go through this, or God forbid doesn’t receive the product they actually paid for. Because if they need a picture of what they actually sent you for proof, they don’t know what they’re sending out. And if they are taking four days to respond to about your order, that means they have a lot of complaints. Or, they just don’t care about their customers. Pick your poison on that excuse.

I have spent over 5 grand with indacloud. At first they had high quality bud and my last 2 orders have been trash. The buds were the size of match heads and as dry as a cotton ball. When we lit one it literally went up in flames and smelled like burning leaves from a tree.. i told them and the response was it's late in the season and there getting ready to get new .. i lost around 300 bucks and I will never go back.

I feel terrible for this rating! I’m so sorry but it needs to be said- the first time ordering from this company, I ordered my choices. Immediately after, I got a discount offer, I chose to buy something I was on the fence about. The next day I checked my email and found a note that said something was wrong with my payment and would I please click the (imbedded) link to complete my order. I did. Instead of being able to complete my order I got stuck in a technical error loop where the page containing the order processing WOULD NOT open. Well, since I was told my order did not process, and I couldn’t open the order page, to complete my order, I tried to order my stuff again. Same credit card, only this order went through, it went through for both orders (now I have 2x what I was planning to pay for). Nothing received yet. I’ve made several attempts to contact the company to resolve the confusion with no response! I’ve called customer service and left messages, I’ve initiated live chats but no one has answered. I’ve sent emails and gotten no response. I don’t know whether this is a legit business? Anyway, they’ve got my money and I’ve got a pain in my butt!

I had purchased their 1 g carts, thinking I was getting a deal and boy, they got me scammed, good cause all 3 of them really suck.\n They clogged up pretty much immediately. One of them was completely broken, was unable to ever use They, however, reimbursed me a partial amount for the one vape and did nothing else and didn't even give me an option to send them back if you're looking for good cheap flour, they got it. It's pretty alright. But they're vape carts really suck, and they don't\nCommunicate very well back-and-forth with your problem.

I ordered last week and payed for expedited shipping and still have not received it in fact it still says moving through network and it's almost been a few days so I hope I can get my money back

I just received my 2nd order from them after trying out their Blue Dream which was ok but not great, then I got Some Durban Poison and it was NASTY DRIED UP DIRT.
