I've never heard of Trust Pilot or Incredible Phones. I was looking for a deal online, as we all do, and eventually talked to Bryon through the chat feature regarding guarantees and what it meant to buy from Incredible. I was so pleased with the customer service and "as depicted" descriptions of my purchase, I made a video review for customer consideration. Don't worry about spending the money upfront. Awesome customer service! Received the phone within a couple days of ordering and in PERFECT condition. Highly recommend this company for all your cell phone needs!

Phone was in great condition. One very small nick on the side of the camera and a scratch on the bottom next to the charging port. Everything else about the phone was great. I paid the extra 10 dollars to have it delivered early but there was a delay but it still got here the morning after. Overall great experience, customer service was great.
