What can I say about crisp? Well to start I will say the idea behind renting electronics through me off! I never once considered it there is rent•a•center but they are too complicated to get stuff and the long process ugh! I was on Instagram and saw an ad for crisp I was curious I clicked it and I was blown away! I was going to a cruise in a week and I said To myself I gotta get a GoPro hero 7 to record my trip and it was a breeze I chose a GoPro chose accessories chose a delivery date and paid my first week rental rate and boom my order was complete and my items were on their way and then I was contacted the very next morning by bryon (great honest communicative man!) he wrote me and told me one of the items I chose was out of stock and he can give me a substitute which was the $5 bucks more but I ordered two $5 items and he told me the item he can send me a 3-way stick would substitute the mount and the stick that was out of stock and it’ll be the same fees I have paid already mind you my trip was the Saturday I ordered Sunday and to top it off this was thanksgiving weekend! He was so swift with responses he gave tracking after he sent out he answers all my million questions super swift like as if I was the only customer he had in all he got my order to me the day he promised and his personal customer service help you never saw a message that was customer service rep you spoke with bryon direct and he answered all my random questions he might hear time and time again but he answered them like they were good new questions very polite and very informative if your on the brink and your skeptical about an online rental company rest assured your in good hands with crisp! Simply the best! Thanks bryon if you can see this message I appreciate you and your great service! You give people the ability to try high end tech for a nominal fees week! And make it easy to return when done using!!! Thanks again!
