Excellent customer service! The owner is available to handle your issues. However note that you need to be home to receive your package from them, so be sure to plan for that. They do not leave it on your doorstep. The equipment worked very well and I got some fantastic shots; I'm super happy I rented a GoPro.

Bryon and the folks at Crisp are amazing. To be able to rent a GoPro Hero 7 Black and a DJI Osmo Pocket, BEFORE I decided to purchase the DJI Osmo, made my choices easy. These guys really came through and helped make my niece's birthday party a HUGE hit. I placed the order and they shipped it out quickly the next day to make sure I got the package a few days early so we could test it out and get familiar with it before the actual big day. Best of all is, they didn't bill me for the extra days. They just started one the day of the actual party. The package arrived with everything neatly packed up and organized. Not an easy feat with 8 switch mini controllers and their accessories. Even the HDMI cord was included -- I wasn't expecting that. A class act and one I will definitely be using again the next time I need to rent hardware. Thanks guys.
