CRISP Knows Customer Service!
The product arrived on time and in factory packaging. All RMA data was included. I had a Nintendo Switch and the unit performed perfectly for the purpose. I will be keeping CRISP at the top of the list and would definitely use their services again in the future.

Smooth check out online and shipped/showed up on time. I ordered a Nintendo switch and Zelda BOTW for a month. I did have a problem with the left joycon as it had joycon drift. I messaged them about the issue and they had a replacement out to me within 2days or less + added an extra week to my 1 month rental.. Very satisfied with the company and will be spreading the good word about them.. ☺

Delivery was delayed by 2 days so give yourself some room if needed by a certain date. Other than that, drone was practically new. Easy rental process. Very competitive pricing. Would def use their services again!
