I have used my refurbished iPhone SE for a couple of days now. So far, I can't tell that it is refurbished at all. I chose Incredible because they answered the phone when I called and the associate that I spoke with was professional.

I did not know it, but I spoke with the CEO, Bryon, who was knowledgeable and helpful like any good service rep. I was impressed, so I placed an order, especially with a 30-day return and 1-year warranty. With free shipping, the phone was slated to arrive in 5 business days. Mine arrived in 2. As advertised, my phone is in great condition, and it works perfectly. I would definitely recommend this company and have already told a friend about it.
