The product was exactly as advertized. In fact, I shipped to a foreign country, to a friend, where it was stopped for a valuation and customs charge. I had claimed the value and I had to supply a receipt. The customs authority thought it was new and of far greater value than what the shipping stated. A great product. My friend is very pleased.

I had a great experience with Incredible Phones! They contacted me right away when the option I'd chosen wasn't available and offered an alternative at a lower price. The phone is in great condition - I got a "good" level phone and as far as I can tell, it is just like new. It works great and arrived within 3 days of ordering. I will order from Incredible again!
