I received a $250 card as a gift and when I went to use it I was denied in line and embarrassed when the card should have way more than needed for the purchase. So I called the customer service line and was told they can't activate anything after making their money on the card that was purchased... I had to send ID in as well as pictures of the card by email and I'm waiting to hear back from them which by the reviews will likely be a bad experience which ends with them stealing the money on the card. It's gotta be inside, the card wasn't used by myself or my gf as we just opened the package and left home to use it. This company should be shut down and investigated for fraud.

I had purchased the SERVE Pay As You Go VISA re-loadable debit card in order to make an online purchase. When using the card for my purchase online and the payment was declined. So, I had called the SERVE customer service. SERVE customer service told me that for online purchases I have to register the card online at the SERVE website. So, I go to their website. Midway through the registration process I decided NOT to. For the registration, besides your name and street address, they want your birth date and social security number. Just enough to commit IDENTITY THEFT. Now why would I voluntarily give that info to a company that may disappear over night.

On Aug 11th, I went to Target to purchase 15 chairs for an upcoming event held at my house. A friendly Target employee introduced me to the Red Reloadable card saying that there is a promotion going on that if I open an account, I will get a $50 promotion coupon to spend. Since I had to make the purchase anyway, I was very happy that I could make my purchase through Red Reloadable so I could have an extra 50 dollars to spend. Well, the idea is great but reality didn't work that way. First I put $300 into the Reloadable (max amount allowed) and then I put another $50.00 in the reloadable. The $ 300 wasn't funded to my account like it evaperated. My account showed only $50.00. I wasnt able to make the purchase with 50 bucks. After a tedious dispute process, and waiting of more than two weeks the 300 was eventually funded back into my account, but I was out of the country by then. The red Reloadable policy is that the purchase must be made within 45 days after the account is open. so I missed the deadline all because they messed up with my funding. I called customer service and was told that the promotion would be deposited into my account in a couple of days. I didn't see it. I called again and was told to wait for another couple of days. Then I got to talk to Alexa, "the highest level Red Reloadable representative I could reach through the phone" who denied my $50 promotion because "you disqualified yourself by missing making the purchase within 45 day" This is how Red Reloadable conducts their business. First they messed up with the funding not only having caused great inconveniences to me ( i need 15 chairs to hold the event) but also having caused me not being able to satisfy the timely purchase requirement for insufficient funds in my account and now they have the customer bear the consequences of their incompetence. what an unfair market place. I asked the "highest level" Alexia that I would like to speak with her supervisor. She refused to provide me with the information. So far this is what I have experienced after I opened the RED Reloadable. I always like Target but now it seems that Target has chosen a bad partner to conduct their business with. Incomm is a very unprofessional, deceptive and unfair market place. Do NOT do any business with them. Sincerely

Where do I even start.. My father sent me a Vanilla gift pre-paid Visa card for my birthday. After spending a good portion of it I attempted to use it to buy some other small things and it kept getting declined. I finally checked online and turns out my card info (and remaining funds) were STOLEN. I called their customer service where they told me I needed a copy of the receipt from months ago in order to simply open a case. This is a VERY stupid process for a company who's main product is meant for GIFTS. Now I have to have my father track down a copy of a receipt from the place he purchased it. I can't begin to tell you how frustrating the experience is. What an absolute JOKE of a process. You should be ashamed of yourselves marketing your product for GIFTING, yet have no other way to resolve these kinds of issues, which are already YOUR FAULT for getting the card number stolen. SMH, never using your products again!!

I purchased a Vanilla Gift Card in August 2023. I completed a purchase and a return using the card. Unknown to me someone stole my vanilla gift card number and completed 2 fraudulent charges without my knowledge and stole the remaining balance on the card. After discovering the fraud, I contacted Vanilla Gift Card's Customer Service, and they gave me instructions on what to do. I submitted all of the required documentation to the email address given to me along with the Case # they assigned to me on September 22, 2023. On October 10, 2023, I received a replacement gift card with the full original purchase price of the card. I was shocked at the quick response to my case because Customer Service said it could take up to 30 days before I received a response. I am extremely grateful to InComm for returning my money with a replacement gift card and I wanted to acknowledge and give them credit for what they did for me. Thank You!

I bought a $50 prepaid gift card at Target issued by MetaBank. This card is distributed by and serviced by InComm Financial Services. Attempted to use the card and it wouldn't work. Got onto their website and said there was an issue with the card. I called the customer service number, waited on hold for over an hour, they admitted the issue, said they'd send me another card and it would arrive in 7 to 10 days. Waited 2 months and nothing ever showed up. Called them again, waited on hold over an hour again, told them what happened, they had a record of my address on file and said they would send a new card out once again. It's been 4 months since then and I've never received anything. I looked online and this seems to be a common practice with MetaBank taking people's money, not loading the customers card, making it extremely difficult to reach them, falsely stating that they'll resolve the issue until you get tired of chasing your money. I'm not giving up though. You ripped me off for $50 and hours of my time trying to get my .oney back. This is unethical and someone should be in jail for this blatant scam. Give me my money back!

Ten transactions wiped out $197 of a $200 gift card before I had activated the Vanilla Gift Card. Opened a dispute with incomm through Sutton Bank/Visa and received a replacement card with $3 value on it. People at their phone number refuse to reopen the case unless I give them my full information including a phone number, but I never gave them a phone number when I created the dispute. These people should be reported to some authority, they are clearly aiding and abetting the fraudulent use of gift cards.
