InComm PaymentsReviews of incomm.com

Can I give less than 1 star! We received an egift card for a warranty refund from Likewize for a MacBook pro for $900. This card cannot be used ANYWHERE including Amazon, Apple, bookstore, utility payments. It cannot be uploaded to Applypay, Googlepay, orSamsungpay. They will not provide another form of payment. This has been going on June 2026. We are disgusted, and the person who received the computer has been without since May 2026. Have filed with BBB, and several consumer protections agencies in CA. This is absurd. Update 10/20/26 - the original company that offered the refund issued a paper check for the original amount after InComm issued 5 cards that did not work ANYWHERE - nor could they provide a list of places to use the card. Mind you the check was offered after the threat of legal action. InComm NEVER responded. Shady Shady Shady company.

My giftcard had $200 on it, when I tried to pay for something it was declined. I look up the giftcard online and find that someone had ordered something for $173.36 through AliExpress to a state I have never visited. I assumed my giftcard was hacked and reported it to have the money refunded or the purchase canceled. After 2 weeks of waiting, no refund and my case had been closed and deemed that I had made the order. I responded back that I want the evidence they came up with that shows I made the payment or how to submit a follow up rebuttal and I was ghosted. After following up more than 5 times with no response I have given up. I got to use less than $30 of a $200 giftcard from my father. It’s really sad that it was HIS money taken as he is not well off either. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

My son purchased a Mastercard gift card serviced by InComm and tried to use it almost immediately, only to discover the balance had already been drained. We reported the fraudulent transaction right away, provided the requested information, appealed the denial, and even filed a complaint with the BBB. InComm still refused to reimburse the funds and provided only a generic explanation that they had reviewed their systems and were upholding the denial. What is most concerning is that a newly purchased gift card could be drained before my son even had a chance to use it, yet we are the ones left with the loss. I would not purchase another gift card serviced by InComm. Consumers should know how difficult it may be to recover their money if a card is compromised.

They are a fraud, nothing good to say. Horrible customer service. Card declined on first use and they denied giving me my money back. Do not recommend. Shitty company.

I recently discovered fraudulent charges on my virtual e-card and immediately contacted the InComm dispute resolution team to report the transactions. I later received an email from InComm stating that my dispute had been “thoroughly reviewed” but that they were unable to approve it. I eventually received a phone call from InComm, but the explanation I was given about their process was essentially a lot of “word salad” without addressing my specific concerns. I made it clear that, from my perspective, their decision effectively means they are calling me a liar about fraudulent transactions involving their own card system. If the fraud occurred through their own systems or database, I believe that should be taken seriously and investigated accordingly. As a gesture of customer service, I suggested that InComm simply issue a replacement card and reimburse the amount that was stolen from me so we could put the matter to rest.

They deserve no stars. Worse company to deal with, never try to solve problems I have to call them every months for more than half a year trying to get my refund (still not yet succeeded). I highly doubted if the customer service is located in Australia as they can’t spell New South Wales

I disputed a charge on my card made during a time the store was not even open. Took over 2 weeks to get a response. They declined my dispute and are supposedly sending me a replacement card with the reduced amount on it. We will see if it ever comes.

You can start by honoring your gift card. I just bought one for 100 dollars and I can't spend it. They seem to be a scam. I won't recommend them to anyone else. It's a shame honest people are scammed out of their money by people like you. I thought I was buying a visa card I would never bought it if I knew it was a vanilla card. I'm highly disappointed. Whenever I call customer service they are only trying to get. My bank info. They are not even American. I'm so tired of trying to talk to these people.
