Not a good company to deal witj
We have an Incinolet toilet on our skoolie that we live in full time. Been doing that since 2022. The toilet is pretty dependable but it is indeed complicated to clean. Next to impossible to get it perfectly clean inside. It has performed as it should the parts dont last long and when you do need parts because something is broken, it takes forever to get the parts. If you want them to overnight something because you dont have a toilet without the part, they will rape you on the cost. It cost me over $100 for shipping for a small part. They take forever to fill your order. If you order even just one single item from them, it will not get to you for a week. They will also straight up lie to you when you contact them via phone. When ever the day comes to replace our toilet we will look for a different company to buy from because this one has a good product but absolutely awful customer service.
