Amazing customer service. refunded the full amount back to me including the postage I paid to forward the 2 wands I ordered in error. I didn't fully research the suitability for my young grandsons would definitely use them again.

Received this Harry Potter wand and honestly? Couldn't be happier. Finish feels museum-quality-heavy, polished elder wood with intricate detailing that screams Ollivanders. Durability's no joke; survived a toddler's spellcasting session without a scratch. Feels like it channels real magic. Five stars, would duel for it!

Accurately described and promptly shipped. Durable looking watch.
