I ordered a wand 3 months ago and still have yet to receive it. policy states 10-15, I understand the demand but when you try to email support, its invalid.

My experience with incendiomagicwand was unfortunately very disappointing. The customer support was unfriendly and disrespectful. I was not treated well and felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. Moreover, the company was not willing to accept my return of an unopened package, which I found to be ridiculous. It is disappointing when companies are not willing to accommodate customers in such situations. Overall, I would not recommend shopping at incendiomagicwand and would advise others to avoid this company. My experience was negative and I do not believe it is worth the potential risk of having a similar experience.

Wand would not work when it eventually arrived, I sent the video of the item not working and I got an email saying it didn't show everything to warrant a refund even though I did. Sham of a company, avoid this website they'll screw you over.

Unfortunately can give 0 stars. My sister in law ordered the wand for my daughters birthday. It stopped working on day 2 of use having been fired less than 10 times. Emailed customer support to be told the warranty the wand for 15 days only, from date of arrival of order. It sat for nearly 2 weeks unopened before her birthday. Shocking product and worse customer service! AVOID!!!

Still awaiting response to an issue raised by my partnerabout it not working since it was received in January absolutely disgusting customer service will be reporting to the bank to get a refund if this is not resolved

Absolute garbage. I ordered for my nephew and it never worked. Being told that bc it was more than 15 days since delivered they would not accept a return or send him a new one. I ordered in advance to ensure we had it in time, guess they don’t expect people to plan ahead? If they stood by their quality they would do something besides telling a kid sorry about your luck.

Do NOT waste your $$$. Unfortunately I had a bad experience with this company. I ordered the wand for my son- which arrived sometime in December. When my son finally opened his gift (after the holidays) he was thrilled. He was able to shoot it twice and then….nothing! It stopped working. I reached out and was advised to make a video of the product. We were away for a couple weeks and submitted the video once we returned. The response was- we can’t do anything because the policy is 15 days. I wasn’t looking for a refund, but rather an attempt by the company to make it right: fix the wand or provide a replacement. The response to the video submission (again their request) was the website states 15 days. There’s nothing we will do. To say that it’s been a waste of money is an understatement and to top it off my son is sorely disappointed. Do not waste your money, unless you’re good spending almost $100 for 30 seconds of joy.
